Its essential oil has antifungal and antibacterial properties and used in food and pharmaceutical industries. To study the effects of foliar application of urea and amino acids on some morpho-physiological and biochemical characteristics of anise hyssop, a pot experiment was conducted in completely randomized design with four replications. The treatments were foliar application of urea (0.5, 1 and 2 g/l), aspartic acid (100, 200 and 300 mg/l), glutamic acid (100, 200 and 300 mg/l) and control (no nitrogen application). The results showed that foliar application of urea and amino acids had significant effects on growth, physiological and biochemical parameters. The highest and the lowest amounts of plant height, leaf number and area, stem diameter, fresh and dry weight of leaves and stems were obtained in 2 g/l of urea and control treatments, respectively. Foliar application of urea and amino acids increased photosynthesis pigments, proline, total soluble sugars, total protein and nitrogen content of leaves compared to control. Total protein, total soluble sugars, proline, leaf chlorophyll and nitrogen content increased as the concentration of amino acids increased. Overall, the findings of this study showed that foliar application of 2 g/l of urea was the most effective treatment for the studied characteristics however amino acids through improvement of growth and physiological characteristics can be used as new sources of nitrogen for plant nutrition.}, keywords = {Agastache foeniculum,Amino acid,Foliar spraying,Nitrogen,Protein}, title_fa = {تأثیر محلولپاشی اوره، اسید آسپارتیک و اسید گلوتامیک بر ویژگیهای رشدی، فیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی گیاه آگاستاکه (Agastache foeniculum)}, abstract_fa = {آگاستاکه(Agastache foeniculum) گیاهی علفی، چندساله، معطر و متعلق به خانواده نعناع (Lamiaceae) می‌باشد. اسانس این گیاه دارای خواص ضدقارچی و ضدباکتریایی بوده و در صنایع غذایی و داروسازی مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. تحقیق حاضر به منظور بررسی برگپاشی اوره و اسیدهای آمینه بر خصوصیات مورفوفیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی گیاه آگاستاکه، به صورت یک آزمایش گلدانی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 4 تکرار اجرا گردید. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل محلول‌پاشی اوره (در غلظت‌های 5/0، 1 و 2 گرم در لیتر)، اسیدآسپارتیک (در غلظت‌های 100، 200 و 300 میلی‌گرم در لیتر)، اسیدگلوتامیک (در غلظت‌های 100، 200 و 300 میلی‌گرم در لیتر) و شاهد (بدون محلول‌پاشی) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد برگی اوره و اسیدهای آمینه تأثیر معنی‌داری بر صفات رشدی، فیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی داشتند. بیشترین و کمترین ارتفاع بوته، تعداد و سطح برگ، قطر ساقه و وزن خشک برگ و ساقه به ترتیب در تیمار 2 گرم در لیتر اوره و شاهد بدست آمد. محلول‌پاشی اوره و اسیدهای آمینه مقادیر رنگدانه‌های فتوسنتزی، محتوی پرولین، قندهای محلول کل، پروتئین کل و نیتروژن برگ‌ها را در مقایسه با شاهد افزایش داد. با افزایش غلظت اسیدهای آمینه مقادیر پروتئین کل، قند‌های محلول کل، پرولین، محتوی نیتروژن و کلروفیل برگ‌ها افزایش یافت. در مجموع یافته‌های این تحقیق نشان داد که اگرچه در مورد اکثر صفات مورد مطالعه، بیشترین تأثیر در تیمار 2 گرم در لیتر اوره مشاهده گردید اما اسیدهای آمینه نیز به‌واسطه بهبود ویژگی‌های رشدی و فیزیولوژیکی می‌توانند به عنوان منابع جدید نیتروژن در تغذیه گیاهان مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.}, keywords_fa = {آگاستاکه,اسیدآمینه,محلول‌پاشی برگی,نیتروژن,پروتئین}, url = {https://asr.urmia.ac.ir/article_20518.html}, eprint = {https://asr.urmia.ac.ir/article_20518_fac41c55a8c8bd7826991b3b3534afdb.pdf} }
