اثر کشت آفتابگردان، کود دامی و لجن فاضلاب بر فراهمی عناصر، pH و EC یک خاک قلیایی
کشت گیاه و مصرف مواد آلی میتواند ویژگیهای شیمیایی خاک و فراهمی عناصر غذایی را تغییر دهد. در یک تحقیق گلخانهای، اثر کشت گیاه آفتابگردان (Helianthus annuus L.)، لجن فاضلاب و کود دامی بر فراهمی عناصر، pH و هدایت الکتریکی محلول یک خاک قلیایی در شرایط غرقاب بررسی گردید. آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی با دو تکرار، شامل مدت غرقاب در 10 سطح (1، 3، 5، 7، 9، 12، 15، 17، 19 و 22 روز)، منبع مواد آلی در دو سطح (کود دامی و لجن فاضلاب)، مقدار مواد آلی در سه سطح )صفر، 15 و 30 گرم بر کیلوگرم خاک( و کشت گیاه در دو سطح (با و بدون کشت آفتابگردان) انجام شد. گلدانها در مرحله شش برگی آفتابگردان غرقاب شدند و در طول این دوره، 5-3 سانتیمتر آب در سطح خاک نگهداری شد. نتایج نشان داد که pH محلول خاک گلدانهای بدون کشت در تمامی تیمارهای مورد مطالعه پس از غرقاب افزایش یافت. pH محلول خاک گلدانهای بدون کشت پس از کاربرد لجن فاضلاب کاهش ولی پس از کاربرد کود دامی افزایش یافت. pHمحلول خاک گلدان­های با کشت آفتابگردان کمتر از گلدانهای بدون کشت بود. در تیمار شاهد، EC محلول خاک پس از غرقاب ابتدا افزایش و پس از رسیدن به یک حداکثر مجدداً کاهش یافت. کاربرد کود دامی و لجن فاضلاب EC محلول خاک را افزایش داد و میزان افزایش با کاربرد کود دامی بیشتر بود. در تمامی تیمارها، EC محلول خاک گلدانهای با کشت آفتابگردان با EC محلول خاک گلدانهای بدون کشت متفاوت بود. فراهمی P، K، Na، Fe، Mn، Cu و Zn در خاک گلدانهای باکشت آفتابگردان بیشتر از خاک گلدانهای بدون کشت بود ولی میانگینCd و Pb قابل­جذب در خاک گلدانهای باکشت آفتابگردان تفاوت قابلملاحظهای با خاک گلدانهای بدون کشت نداشت.

آلودگی کادمیومی و بررسی تاثیر آن بر کیفیت بیولوژیکی خاک و رشد گیاه بنگدانه
در سال­های اخیر شاخص کیفیت خاک بیشتر از شاخص کیفیت آب و هوا مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. حفظ سلامت وکیفیت خاک جهت اطمینان از سلامت بیوسفر و محیط زیست ضروری می­باشد. کادمیوم به عنوان یکی از فلزات سنگین اثرات سمی و بالقوه بر فعالیت و ترکیب موجودات زنده خاک دارد. پارامترهای میکروبی می­توانند جهت ارزیابی کیفیت خاکهای آلوده مورد استفاده قرار گیرند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی کارایی پالایش سبز و نقش قارچ ریشه­های آربوسکولار و باکتری­های محرک رشد بر کاهش اثرات کادمیوم با استفاده از گیاه بنگدانه بود. این آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل شامل دو فاکتور (1) کادمیوم در چهار سطح (0، 10، 30 و 100 میلی گرم در کیلوگرم خاک)، (2) تیمار تلقیح میکروبی در سه سطح (شاهد، 1 PGPRو 2AMF) در قالب طرح بلوک­های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار و در شرایط گلخانه­ای در دانشگاه ارومیه اجرا گردید. عملکرد ماده خشک و غلظت کادمیوم شاخساره و برخی پارامترهای بیولوژیک خاک مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق، افزایش آلودگی کادمیومی خاک موجب افزایش معنی­دار (05/0P ≤) غلظت کادمیوم شاخساره و ضریب متابولیکی (qCO2) گردید. همچنین، کادمیوم موجب کاهش معنی­دار (05/0P≤) عملکرد شاخساره، کربن بیوماس میکروبی (MBC)، تنفس میکروبی، تنفس بر­انگیخته با سوبسترا (SIR)، جمعیت PGPR و همزیستی میکوریزی شد. تلقیح تیمار­های میکروبی به خاک سبب شد تا اثرات بازدارندگی کادمیوم بر شاخصهای اندازه­گیری شده کاهش یابد. به طور کلی نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که درخاکهای آلوده به کادمیوم با استفاده از میکروارگانیسم­های محرک رشد، امکان تنزل تاثیر نامطلوب کادمیوم بر رشد گیاه و شاخصهای میکروبی کیفیت خاک وجود دارد 1- Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria 2- Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi

تاثیر منبع نیتروژن و بازدارنده نیترات سازی 3، 4- دی متیل پیرازول فسفات بر کارایی مصرف نیتروژن گندم در خاکهای مختلف
یکی از مشکلات تولید گندم در جهان کارایی پایین مصرف نیتروژن می­باشد. بنابراین به­منظور بررسی تأثیر بازدارنده نیترات­سازی 3، 4- دی متیل پیرازول فسفات بر کارایی مصرف نیتروژن، آزمایشی به­صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک­های کامل تصادفی با دو عامل نوع کود نیتروژن در چهار سطح (عدم مصرف نیتروژن (شاهد)، اوره، سولفات نیترات آمونیوم و سولفات نیترات آمونیوم با بازدارنده نیترات­سازی 3، 4- دی متیل پیرازول فسفات (DMPP)) و نوع خاک در 10 سطح (خاکها با خصوصیات فیزیکوشیمیایی مختلف) با سه تکرار در دانشگاه شهرکرد بر روی یک رقم گندم بهاره (رقم بهار) در سال 1389 انجام شد. براساس نتایج حاصله، کاربرد بازدارنده نیترات­سازی DMPP تأثیری بر غلظت آمونیوم و نیترات خاکهای مختلف در هر دو نوبت نمونه­برداری 45 و 90 روز پس ­از کشت، احتمالا به دلیل افزایش جذب نیتروژن توسط گندم، نداشت. نتایج نشان داد کاربرد بازدارنده نیترات­سازی DMPP به ­همراه سولفات نیترات آمونیوم، کارایی زراعی و بازیافت نیتروژن اندام هوایی و دانه را در تعدادی از خاکهای مورد مطالعه به­طور معنیداری (05/0P≤) در مقایسه با سولفات نیترات آمونیوم و اوره افزایش داد. به طوری که میزان این افزایش در خاک­های مختلف برای کارایی زراعی و بازیافت نیتروژن اندام هوایی به­ترتیب در حدود 4/8 تا 7/27 و 4/13 تا 5/31 درصد نسبت به اوره بود. بر مبنای نتایج حاصله کاربرد بازدارنده نیترات­سازی DMPP می­تواند به­عنوان روشی مناسب برای افزایش کارایی مصرف نیتروژن در گندم محسوب گردد.

پیشنهاد و ارزیابی یک روش آزمایشگاهی برای تعیین سریع کمیّتهای مختلف آب قابل استفاده خاک برای گیاه
یک روش آزمایشگاهی برای تعیین سریع و قابل اطمینان آب قابل استفاده خاک برای گیاه (SAW) بر اساس مفاهیم آب قابل دسترس (PAW)، دامنه رطوبتی با حداقل محدودیت (LLWR) و گنجایش آب انتگرالی (IWC) پیشنهاد و کارایی آن ارزیابی شد. نگهداشت آب (θ) برای 20 خاک کشاورزی در 13 مکش ماتریک (h) توسط دستگاه­های جعبه شن و صفحه فشاری تعیین شده و برای برازش مدل ون­گنوختن منحنی مشخصه رطوبتی خاک در روش مبنا (مرجع) به کار رفت. برای منحنی مشخصه رطوبتی خاک در روش پیشنهادی تنها از h­های صفر، 330 و hPa 15000 استفاده شد. مقاومت فروروی (Q) 10 نمونه دست­نخورده در رطوبت­های مختلف برای هر خاک با استفاده از ریزفروسنج در آزمایشگاه اندازه­گیری شد. به غیر از PAW با فرض h برابر hPa 100 برای گنجایش زراعی، تفاوت معنی­داری بین میانگین مقادیر مختلف SAW محاسبه­شده با روش پیشنهادی و روش مبنا وجود نداشت. روابط رگرسیونی خطی قوی بین مقادیر نظیر SAW محاسبه­شده با روش پیشنهادی و روش مبنا به دست آمد. بنابراین بدون نیاز به اندازه­گیری­های زمان­بر منحنی­های مشخصه رطوبتی و مقاومت فروروی خاک در h­های مختلف، تنها با اندازه­گیری مقدار نگهداشت آب خاک در h­های صفر، 330 و hPa 15000 و اندازه­گیری سریع مقاومت فروروی در رطوبت­های مختلف می­توان کمیّت­های مختلف آب قابل استفاده خاک برای گیاه را تعیین نمود. روابط خطی منفی و معنی­دار بین مقادیر PAW، LLWR و IWC با چگالی ظاهری نسبی (RBD) در خاک­های مورد بررسی، نشان داد که مقادیر SAW محاسبه­شده با روش پیشنهادی حساس به شرایط ساختمانی خاک بوده و می­توانند به عنوان شاخص­های کیفیت فیزیکی خاک استفاده شوند. نتایج بدست­آمده مؤید مفید­بودن این روش برای بدست­آوردن سریع و قابل اطمینان شاخص­های آب قابل استفاده خاک برای اهداف کاربردی و برنامه­ریزی آبیاری است.

تأثیر کاربرد زئولیت در راندمان مصرف کودهای نیتروژنه در کشت ذرت
زئولیت­ها با ساختمانی کریستالی خود مواد متخلخلی هستند که مانند غربال عمل کرده و به دلیل داشتن کانال­های باز در شبکه خود، اجازه عبور بعضی از یون­ها را داده و مسیر عبور بعضی از یون­های دیگر را مسدود می کنند. مصرف این ماده در خاک، می­تواند در افزایش راندمان مصرف و کاهش تلفات نیتروژن نقش داشته باشد. این تحقیق به منظور بررسی تاثیر کاربرد زئولیت در افزایش راندمان زراعی مصرف نیتروژن و عملکرد ذرت به اجرا در آمد. آزمایش در گلخانه­ به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب کاملا تصادفی در سال زراعی 88-1378 به اجرا درآمد. فاکتورهای کودی شامل نوع کود (شامل سه فرمولاسیون مختلف اوره با زئولیت، اوره معمول و اوره با پوشش گوگردی) در چهار سطح صفر، 200، 250 و 300 کیلوگرم نیترژن خالص در هکتار( به مقادیر 44/0، 55/0 و 66/0 گرم به هر گلدان 3 کیلوگرمی( بودند که در سه تکرار انجام شد. برای کشت از ذرت رقم سینگل کراس 704 استفاده شده و در طول رشد مراقبت­های لازم از جمله آبیاری به موقع و مبارزه با شته به عمل آمد. پس از هشت هفته، بوته­ها برداشت شده و عملکرد ماده خشک و مقدار نیتروژن اندازه­گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد کودهای زئولیت نیتروژن دار به عنوان کودهای کندرها (اوره با پوشش گوگردی) عمل ننموده و نمی­تواند جایگزین مناسبی برای این کود به حساب آید. از نظر تاثیر بر عملکرد گیاه نیز کودهای زئولیت نیترژن­دار مشابه کود اوره عمل نموده است. با عنایت به اینکه درجه خلوص نیتروژن در کودهای زئولیتی نسبت به اوره کم می­باشد، لذا برای تامین نیتروژن مورد نیاز گیاه کشاورز می­بایست سه برابر کود اوره، کود زئولیتی خریداری نماید. از این رو با در نظر گرفتن دیگر هزینه­های لازم (زئولیت، بسته­بندی، حمل و نقل ...) قیمت تمام شده واحد نیتروژن در این کود چندین برابر کود اوره خواهد بود. بنابراین کاربرد زئولیت (بکار رفته در این آزمایش) در ترکیبات کودی و معرفی آن به عنوان کود جدید فاقد توجیه اقتصادی است.

برآورد رطوبت های ظرفیت زراعی، پژمردگی دائم و قابل استفاده در خاک های دشت اردبیل با استفاده از مدل های رگرسیونی و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی
اندازه­گیری مستقیم ویژگی­های هیدرولیکی خاک وقت­گیر، پرهزینه­ و گاهی اوقات به دلیل خطاهای آزمایشی و عدم یکنواختی خاک غیر واقعی است. در عوض، این ویژگی­ها می­توانند از روی ویژگی­های زودیافت خاک مانند توزیع اندازه ذرات خاک، جرم ویژه ظاهری، کربن آلی و کربنات کلسیم معادل با استفاده از توابع انتقالی خاک برآورد شوند. هدف از این پژوهش، ارائه مدل­های رگرسیونی و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی بر اساس ویژگی­های زودیافت یاد شده برای برآورد ویژگی­های دیریافت شامل رطوبت ­های ظرفیت زراعی، پژمردگی دائم و قابل استفاده در شماری از خاک­های دشت اردبیل بود.برای این منظور 100 نمونه خاک برداشته شد سپس برخی ویژگی­های فیزیکی و شیمیایی آنها اندازه­گیری شد. داده­ها به دو سری داده­های آموزشی (80 نمونه) و داده­های آزمونی (20 نمونه) تقسیم شدند. برای ایجاد مدل­های شبکه عصبی از نرم­افزار 5 Neurosolution و برای ایجاد مدل­های رگرسیونی از نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شد. مقادیر ضریب تبیین (R2) و مجذور میانگین مربعات خطا (RMSE) در تخمین پارامترهای دیریافت شامل رطوبت­های ظرفیت زراعی، پژمردگی دائم و قابل استفاده به ترتیب برابر 82/0 و 29/2، 82/0 و 38/1، 57/0 و 97/1 برای بهترین مدل­ رگرسیونی و به ترتیب برابر 87/0 و 9/1، 90/0 و 02/1، 73/0 و 56/1 برای بهترین مدل­ شبکه عصبی مصنوعی بود. مقادیر R2 و RMSE برای نتایج مدل­های رگرسیونی و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی نشان داد که هر دو روش می­توانند ضرایب رطوبتی خاک را با دقت مناسبی برآورد کنند. با این حال، مدل­های رگرسیونی در برآورد رطوبت قابل استفاده کارآیی لازم را نداشتند. دقت تخمین ضرایب رطوبتی توسط مدل­های شبکه عصبی مصنوعی بیشتر از مدل­های رگرسیونی بود.

تغییرات شکل های شیمیایی و زیست فراهمی روی با فاصله از ریزوسفر منفرد و مشترک
توزیع شکل­های مختلف روی در خاک، باعث پیچیدگی رفتار آن در خاک می­گردد. به منظور بررسی تغییرات شکلهای مختلف روی با فاصله از ریزوسفر ذرت و کلزا در سیستم کشت منفرد و مخلوط، آزمایشی در سیستم جعبه ریزوسفر انجام شد. با ناحیه­بندی فضای داخل جعبه ریزوسفر به 4 ناحیه، بذرهای ذرت و کلزا در ناحیه مرکزی جعبه ریزوسفر (ناحیه ریزوسفر) کشت شدند. گیاهان بعد از پایان دوره رشد برداشت شده و خاک هر ناحیه جداگانه تجزیه گردید. نتایج نشان داد که کشت گیاه با کاهش pH و افزایش کربن آلی محلول خاک، جزءبندی روی را در خاک تغییر داده و زیستفراهمی روی را افزایش داد. همچنین با فاصله از ریشه، pH افزایش و کربن آلی محلول خاک کاهش یافت. شکلهای تبادلی، وابسته به مواد آلی، اکسیدی و قابل جذب روی با فاصله از ریشه تغییر یافت. زیست­فراهمی روی با کربن آلی محلول و بخش­های تبادلی، وابسته به مواد آلی و کربناته همبستگی مثبت و با pH و بخش اکسیدی روی همبستگی منفی نشان داد. کشت مخلوط باعث کاهش غلظت روی در شاخساره ذرت و کلزا شد. عملکرد شاخساره و مقدار جذب روی در شاخساره کشت مخلوط بیشتر از ذرت بود. فاکتور انتقال روی در کشت مخلوط بیشتر از ذرت و کمتر از کلزا اندازه­گیری شد.

ارزیابی تاثیر پایـه هـای گـونه Pteropyrum aucheri بر مواد آلی ذره ای و پراکنش خاکدانه ها در مراتع خانقاه سرخ ارومیه
به منظور ارزیابی تاثیر گونه Pteropyrum aucheri بر اجزاء ماده آلی خاک و پراکنش خاکدانه­ها، به عنوان شاخص حساس نسبت به تغییرات مدیریتی مرتع، نمونه­های خاک از دو مکان معرف تیپ­ گیاهی Pteropyrum aucheri - Astragalus microcephalus با خصوصیات فیزیکی تقریبا مشابه(شیب، جهت، ارتفاع) و غالبیت گونه Pteropyrum aucheri ، اما متفاوت از نظر گونه­های همراه در ترکیب گیاهی، در مراتع خانقاه سرخ ارومیه مطالعه شد. برای این منظور در هر مکان، با توجه به پراکنش پوشش گیاهی و خصوصیات فیزیکی مراتع مورد بررسی، 6 عدد ترانسکت 100 متری که 4 عدد از آنها موازی با جهت شیب و 2 عدد از آنها عمود بر جهت شیب بودند، بطور سیستماتیک در تیپ­های گیاهی مستقر و نمونه­های خاک با سه تکرار از لایه سطحی (عمق 15-0 سانتیمتر) و پائینی (30- 15 سانتیمتر) پروفیل­های حفر شده در ابتدا، وسط و انتهای ترانسکت­ها برداشت شد. سپس مقادیر شاخص­های خاک شامل؛ کربن، مواد آلی ذره­ای کربن (POM-C)، ازت، مواد آلی ذره­ای نیتروژن (POM-N)، خاکدانه­های درشت و خاکدانه­های ریز و کربن موجود در خاکدانه­ها اندازه­گیری گردید. اطلاعات مربوط به پوشش گیاهی مکان­های انتخابی نیز در داخل پلات­های یک متر مربعی (60 عدد پلات) که با فواصل 10 متر از همدیگر در امتداد ترانسکت­ها مستقر شده بودند، ثبت و بر مبنای آنها، شاخص­های عددی تنوع و یکنواختی در مکان­های مذکور محاسبه شد. نتایج آنالیز واریانس نمونه­های خاک، نشان داد که بین مقادیر شاخص­ها در عمق­های مختلف خاک مکان­های مورد بررسی، اختلاف معنی­دار وجود دارد و در تمامی موارد بجز مقدار خاک دانه­های ریز، مقادیر شاخص­ها (شامل؛ مقدار کربن، نیتروژن، کربن آلی ذره­ای، نیتروژن آلی ذره­ای، درصد خاکدانه­های درشت، درصد کربن موجود در خاکدانه­های درشت و ریز)، در افق سطحی خاک بیشتر از افق پائینی می­باشد. ضمن اینکه مقادیر هر یک از شاخص­ها در مکان مرتعی شماره 1 به لحاظ تنوع گونه­ای بهتر، بیشتر از مکان مرتعی شماره 2 است. این امر بیانگر این است که اجزاء فیزیکی ماده آلی خاک، تغییرات بوجود آمده حاصل از تاثیر گونه Pteropyrum aucheri را بر کمیت و کیفیت ماده آلی خاک میتوانند توجیه کنند. ضمن اینکه نتایج مذکور، ظاهر شدن سریع تاثیر تغییرات مدیریتی در اجزاء نیتروژن و کربن ناپایدار را تایید و همچنین حساسیت پذیری مواد آلی ذره­ای خاک را در واکنش به تغییرات مدیریتی مرتع، اثبات کرد. بنابراین می­توان چنین نتیجه گیری کرد که داشتن اطلاعات پیرامون تغییرات مواد آلی ذره­ای و پراکنش خاکدانه­ها، به منظور مدیریت اکوسیستم­های مرتعی سودمند خواهد بود.

ارزیابی کاربرد مدل های شبکه عصبی مصنوعی، شبکه عصبی تطبیقی فازی و رگرسیون در پیشبینی کربن آلی ذره ای در مراتع خرابه سنجی ارومیه
کربن آلی خاک اثرات مفید­ی روی خواص شیمیایی­، فیزیکی و حرارتی خاک داشتهو همچنین روی فعالیتهای بیولوژیکی خاکها موثر است. کربن آلی ذره­اییکی از بخش های مهم ناپایدار مواد آلی می باشد و نقش قابل توجهی در کیفیت خاک و مدیریت سرزمینهای مرتعی دارد. در این تحقیق جهت برآورد دقیق کربن آلی ذره­ای خاک از مدلهای شبکه عصبی مصنوعی (­­ANN)، شبکه عصبی تطبیقی- فازی(ANFIS) و رگرسیون چند متغیره استفاده شد. جهت انجام تحقیق، 60 نمونه خاک از عمق 30- 0 سانتیمتری در میان 60 کوادرات یک متر مربعی که در طول 6 ترانسکت 100 متری در مراتع خرابه سنجی ارومیه مستقر شده بود، برداشت شد. خصوصیات خاک (­نیتروژن، رس، سیلت، کربن آلی، اسیدیته، هدایت الکتریکی و وزن مخصوص ظاهری خاک) اندازه­گیری شدند. شاخص های آماری RMSE و CE جهت ارزیابی کارکرد مدلها استفاده شدند. نتایج نشان داد بر اساس معیارهای مجذور میانگین مربعات خطا و ضریب کارایی که در مدل رگرسیونی به ترتیب 16/0 و 41/0 و در مدل شبکه عصبی مصنوعی به ترتیب 11/0 و 65/0 و در مدل شبکه عصبی تطبیقی-فازی به ترتیب 06/0 و 79/0 می­باشند، مدل شبکه عصبی تطبیقی فازی (ANFIS) به عنوان ابزار قدرتمندتری در پیش­بینی کربن آلی ذره­ای خاک نسبت به آنالیز رگرسیون خطی چند­متغیره و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی عمل می­کند.
