اثر دمای پیرولیز بر ویژگیهای شیمیایی بیوچار حاصل از باگاس نیشکر و بقایای پسته
وجودپسماندهای آلی ناشی از فعالیتهای کشاورزی، پیامدهای مشکلساز کوتاه و درازمدتیرا برای کشاورزان و سلامت محیط زیست ایجاد کرده است. باگاس نیشکر و بقایای پسته ازپسماندهای مهم کشاورزیهستند که مدیریت کاربرد آن­هاضروری است. یکی از راهکارهای استفاده از این بقایا اعمال فرآیند پیرولیز و تبدیلآنها به بیوچار است. اینپژوهش با هدف بررسی برخی ویژگیهای باگاس نیشکر، بقایای پسته (شاخ و برگ خشکیده) وبیوچار به­دست آمده از آنها تحت دماهای مختلف پیرولیز (300، 400 و 500 درجهسلسیوس) انجام شد. نتایجنشان داد که افزایشدمای پیرولیز موجب کاهش معنی­دار مقدار تولید فاز جامد (عملکرد بیوچار) و افزایش میزان فازهای گاز و مایع(شیرابه) شد (LSD0.05). هم­چنین افزایش دمای پیرولیز از 300 به 500 درجه سلسیوس سببافزایش معنیدار pH از 4/8به 8/10 شد. پیرولیزسبب افزایش مقدار کل عناصر غذاییبیوچارهای بقایای مورد استفاده شد.به­علاوه نسبت کربن به نیتروژن در بیوچارهای تولید شده نسبت به بقایای اولیه کاهشیافت. به­طور کلی مقادیر کل نیتروژن،فسفر، پتاسیم و سدیم در تیمارهای بقایای پسته بیشتر از تیمارهای باگاس نیشکر بود.از آنجایی­که بیوچارهای باگاس نیشکر دارای عناصر غذایی کمتر و کربن بیشترینسبت به بیوچارهایبقایای پستهبودند، مدیریت دقیقتری برای کاربرد در خاک به­عنوان کود و اصلاحکننده نیازدارند. از طرف دیگر شوری بقایای پسته و بیوچارهای آن بیشتر از تیمارهای باگاسنیشکر بود. بنابراین ضروری است کاربرد بیوچار بقایای پسته در خاک همراه با آبشویییا برای کاشت گیاهان متحمل به شوری باشد. پیرولیز موجب افزایش مقدار کل آهن، روی، مس، منگنز، کروم و سرب در بیوچار هر دونوع بقایا شد. باتوجه به نتایج به­دستآمده بهترین دمای پیرولیز برایتولید بیوچار بقایای پسته و باگاس نیشکر به­ترتیب 300 و 500 درجه سلسیوساست.

تأثیر تیمارهای کودی پتاسیم و روی بر جذب عناصر پتاسیم، کلسیم، منیزیم، روی و نسبت K+/ Na+ و برخی پاسخ های فیزیولوژیک دو رقم کلزا در شرایط تنش شوری
شوری با تجمع بعضی یونهای مضر در گیاه، سبب بروز اثرهای فیزیولوژیک منفی در رشد میشود. به­منظور بررسی تأثیر پتاسیم، کلسیم، منیزیم و روی بر خصوصیات مورفو-فیزیولوژیکی دو رقم کلزا در شرایط تنش شوری، آزمایشی در سال 1393 به­صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کرتهای کامل تصادفی با دو عامل (عامل رقم و کود) و 4 تکرار در محل گلخانه پردیس کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه تهران، واقع در کرج انجام یافت. عامل کودی در 4 سطح با در نظر گرفتن حدود بحرانی عناصر غذایی پتاسیم و روی در خاک بود که شامل 500 میلیگرم پتاسیم بر کیلوگرم خاک (دو برابر مقدار بهینه پتاسیم OP)، 4/2 میلیگرم روی بر کیلوگرم خاک (دو برابر مقدار بهینه روی OZ)، 500 میلیگرم پتاسیم و 4/2 میلیگرم روی بر کیلوگرم خاک (دو برابر مقدار بهینه پتاسیم و روی OZP) و شاهد (حالت بهینه عناصر غذایی O) می­باشد و عامل رقم شامل دو رقم لیکورد و ساری گل بود. نتایج نشان داد در شرایط تنش شوری، کاربرد تیمار OP باعث شد، وزن خشک ریشه و بخش هوایی در رقم ساری گل به میزان 21 و 01/26 درصد نسبت به رقم لیکورد بیشتر افزایش یابد. در تیمار OP، غلظت کلسیم در بخش هوایی در رقم ساری گل 66/23 درصد بیشتر از رقم لیکورد بود. غلظت منیزیم در ریشه ساری گل 32/20 درصد کمتر از ریشه لیکورد بود همچنین رقم ساری گل به­جز در تیمار LOP، حداقل 38/5 درصد روی بیشتری نسبت به سایر تیمارها داشت. در تیمار OP، نسبت K+/Na+ در بخش هوایی رقم ساری گل بیشتر از ریشه آن بود. از آنجایی­که گیاهان در شرایط تنش شوری یون­هایی مثل سدیم را به بخش­های هوایی انتقال می­دهند که برای پایش این پدیده از نسبت پتاسیم به سدیم استفاده میشود، ولی این پدیده در رقم ساری گل بر عکس بوده و این امر نشان دهنده مکانیسم مستثنی رقم ساری گل برای مقابله با تنش شوری است در حالی­که رقم لیکورد فاقد این توانایی بود.

مدل سازی نقش پوشش و اندازه سنگریزه سطحی بر تولید رسوب با استفاده از روش پاسخ سطح
سنگریزهسطحی عاملی مهم در کنترل مقدار فرسایش خاک به­ویژه در اراضی شیب­دار مناطق خشک ونیمه­خشک است که مدل­سازی نقش آن در فرسایش خاک، پیچیدگی­های فراوانی دارد. هدف ازاین مطالعه مدل­سازی تاثیر همزمان دبی جریان سطحی، پوشش و همچنین ابعاد سنگریزه­هایسطحی بر غلظت رسوب با استفاده از روش پاسخ سطح و بر مبنای طرح مرکب مرکزی بود.آزمایش­ها در دو سری مجزا و در شیب ثابت 5 درصد انجام شد. مدل بر اساس نتایج سریاول آزمایش­ها ایجاد و با استفاده از نتایج آزمایش­های سری دوم، اعتبارسنجی شد. یافته­هابیانگر کارآمدی بالای ( gl-1­6/1= RSME و 943/0= R2) مدل طرح مرکب مرکزی در برآورد غلظت رسوبمشاهده­ای از آزمایش­های سری اول بود. اعتبارسنجی مدل نیز بیانگر کارایی بالای مدل( gl-1­6/3= RSME و 895/0=R2) برای دامنه تغییرات وسیعی از ویژگی­هایاولیه بود. بر مبنای نتایج آزمایش­ها، افزایش درصد سنگریزه سطحی در محدوده­ی صفرتا 45 درصد سبب کاهش غلظت رسوب شد با این حال اثر سنگریزه­های ریزتر در کاهش غلظترسوب در مقایسه با سنگریزه­های درشت­تر بیشتر بود.

ارزیابی ویژگیهای مهم افزایندگی رشد گیاه در باکتریهای جدا شده از کودهای زیستی بارور2، بیوسوپرفسفات، سوپرنیتروپلاس و نیتروکسین
کنترل کیفیت کودهای زیستی دارای جنبههای مختلفی است که توجه به ویژگی محرک رشدی گیاه جدایههای میکروبی موجود در کود از جمله این موارد است. در این پژوهش چهار نوع کود زیستی رایج در کشور شامل بارور2، بیوسوپرفسفات، سوپرنیتروپلاس و نیتروکسین انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و جدایههای مورد استفاده در آن­هاBa1 و Ba2 از بارور2، Bio1، Bio2، Bio3 و Bio4 از بیوسوپرفسفات، SN1 و SN2 از سوپرنیتروپلاس و N1، N2، N3، N4 و N5 از نیتروکسین در شرایط آزمایشگاهی از نظر انحلال فسفات معدنی و معدنی کردن فسفر آلی به روش کیفی و کمی، تولید اکسین، آزادکنندگی پتاسیم و تولید سایدروفور به دو روش کیفی و کمی ارزیابی شدند. در ویژگی انحلال فسفات معدنی از تریکلسیم فسفات به دو روش کیفی و کمی، جدایهBa1 با ایجاد بیشترین نسبت قطر هاله شفاف به قطر کلنی (2/3) و انحلال فسفات به میزان 4/606 میلی­گرم بر ­لیتر دارای بیشترین توان انحلال فسفر بود، این در حالی است که دیگر جدایه بارور2 (Ba2) با معدنی کردن فسفات به­مقدار 2/62 میلی­گرم بر ­لیتر دارای بیشترین توان رهاسازی فسفر از اینوزیتول هگزافسفریک اسید بود. بیشترین تولید اکسین در میان جدایهها در جدایه N4 با 1/15 میلی­گرم بر ­لیتر دیده شد و جدایه N3 از نظر تولید سایدروفور به دو روش کیفی (تولید هاله نارنجی) و کمی (5/124میکرومولار) دارای بیشترین تولید سایدروفور بود. از نظر ویژگی آزادسازی پتاسیم از کانیهای میکای موسکویت و بیوتیت به­ترتیب جدایه Ba1 و Bio1 دارای بالاترین توان آزادکنندگی بودند. از نظر ویژگیهای افزایندگی رشد گیاه، کودهای بارور2 و نیتروکسین وضعیت خوبی داشتند و کود زیستی بیوسوپرفسفات در رتبه بعدی قرار داشت ولی در مورد کود زیستی سوپرنیتروپلاس وضعیت مطلوبی مشاهده نشد.

تخمین سطح تنش رطوبتی خاک با استفاده از مدل HYRDUS2D و سیستم استنتاج عصبی- فازی
در این پژوهش، به­منظور تعیین طول دوره­ی تنش در طول فصل کشت، قابلیت مدل­های HYDRUS2D و ANFIS در شبیه­سازی روند تغییرات زمانی رطوبت خاک و اجزای بیلان آب تحت آبیاری کامل و کم­آبیاری معمولی در دو سطح 75 (DI75) و 55 درصد (DI55) در یک مزرعه­ی ذرت با یکدیگر مقایسه شدند. بدین منظور، طی دو فصل زراعی داده­های رطوبت خاک با استفاده از رطوبت­سنج TRIME-FM برای واسنجی و صحت­یابی مدل HYDRUS2D برداشت شد. همچنین، شبیه­سازی تغییرات زمانی رطوبت خاک با مدل ANFIS با توابع عضویت مختلف و با متغیرهای مستقل روز بعد از کاشت، ضریب درجه-روز، سطح تنش و عمق آب آّبیاری انجام شد. مقایسه­­ی معیارهای ارزیابیِ جذر میانگین مربعات خطا (mm 2-21/8)، خطای انحراف (mm 6/11-7-10) و ضریب کارآیی مدل (1-63/0) در شبیه­سازیِ طول دوره­­ی تنش، رطوبت و اجزای بیلان خاک، امکان جایگزینی مدل ANFIS با مدل پیچیده­ی HYDRUS2D را در شرایط معرفی متغیرهای مستقل مناسب را نشان می­دهد. هچنین، علی­رغم اعمال زود هنگام­تر تیمارها در فصل دوم، عدم تغییر بازه­ی تنش رطوبتی در تیمار DI75 در دو فصل (از روز 82­ام تا انتهای فصل کاشت)، امکان کاهش سطح آب مصرفی و یا تغییر زمان اعمال کم­آبیاری را نشان می­دهد. بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، مدل ANFIS می­تواند پاسخگوی نیاز در این راستا باشد.

ارزیابی کارایی شاخصهای اصلاح شده اراضی در تعیین پتانسیل تولید ذرت دانهای به روش فائو
برای شناخت محدودیت­های محیطی تولید و برنامه­ریزی صحیح کشت، ارزیابی تناسب اراضی و تخمین پتانسیل امری ضروری است. یکی از پرکاربردترین روش­ها در ارزیابی تناسب اراضی و محاسبه پتانسیل تولید روش فائو است. این تحقیق به­منظور مقایسه شاخص­های اصلاح نشده و اصلاح شده اراضی برای تعیین پتانسیل تولید ذرت دانه­ای انجام گردید. جهت نیل به­ اهداف، داده­های مزرعه­ای و آزمایشگاهی از 16 واحد اراضی اخذ گردید، سپس بر اساس مدل AEZ ابتدا تولید پتانسیل یا پتانسیل حرارتی- تابشی تولید برآورد و سپس شاخص خاک به روش­های استوری و ریشه دوم که موید اثر مشخصات محدود کننده آن در کاهش تولید می­باشد، محاسبه گردید. نهایتا پتانسیل تولید اراضی به روش فائو از ضرب شاخص­های خاک در تولید پتانسیل حاصل گردید. نتایج نشان داد که در روش­های پارامتریک (فرمول استوری و ریشه دوم) شاخص­های اصلاح­­نشده اراضی نسبتا پایین­تر از حد قابل انتظار بود. برای رفع این مشکل شاخص­های اراضی اصلاح گردید که نتایج باعث بهبود کلاس­های تناسب اراضی گردید. ضرایب تشخیص روابط رگرسیونی بین پتانسیل تولید اراضی و عملکرد مشاهده شده، به­ترتیب 79/0، 84/0، 86/0 و 9/0 برای مدل­های استوری اصلاح نشده، ریشه دوم اصلاح نشده، استوری اصلاح شده و ریشه دوم اصلاح شده می­باشد. با توجه به نتایج فوق می­توان نتیجه­گیری کرد که مدل ارائه شده به روش ریشه­دوم اصلاح شده با توجه به ضریب تشخیص بالاتر و خطای پایین­تر نسبت به سایر روش­ها، عملکرد مشاهده شده را بهتر پیش­بینی می­کند.

تعیین عامل پوشش گیاهی در مراحل مختلف رشد نخود دیم منطقه نیمهخشک برای استفاده در معادله جهانی فرسایش خاک (مطالعه موردی در تیکمهداش استان آذربایجانشرقی)
در کشورهای پیشرفته جداولی برای مقادیرضریب عامل پوشش گیاهی (C) محصولات مختلف برای استفاده در مدلهای فرسایش خاک ارائه شده است، اما با توجه به تفاوتهای اقلیمی، پدولوژیکی و مدیریتی آن کشورها استفاده از این اطلاعات در کشور ما میتواند مناسب نباشد. لذا این تحقیق بهمنظور بررسی تغییرات ضریب C گیاه نخود دیم در مراحل مختلف رشد صورت پذیرفت. بدین منظور سه تراکم بذر رایج در منطقه (تراکمهای 30، 35 و 40 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در کرتهای فرسایشی با ابعاد 8/4×40 مترمربع که در زمینی با شیب 9 درصد واقع بودند، کشت شد. برای محاسبه ضریب C سه عدد کرت شاهد بدون کشت محصول و تنها با انجام شخم در جهت شیب ایجاد شد. در صورت ایجاد رواناب و رسوب در هر واقعه بارندگی مقادیر آنها اندازهگیری شد. در نهایت ضریب C از محاسبه نسبت مقدار خاک فرسایش یافته از کرت مورد نظر بر مقدار خاک فرسایش یافته از کرت شاهد محاسبه شد. نتایج در قالب طرح آماری کرتهای خرد شده در زمان تحلیل آماری شد. مقادیر C برای تراکمهای بذر 30، 35 و 40 کیلوگرم در هکتار گیاه نخود بهترتیب برابر 66/0، 44/0، 33/0 و به­طور میانگین برای تیمارها برابر 48/0 بهدست آمد، در کل کمترین مقدار ضریب C برای تیمارها مربوط به مرحله رشد گیاه 35/0 و بیشترین آن مربوط به مرحله استقرار گیاه 54/0 بود. همچنین تغییرات ضریب فوق در تراکمهای مختلف کشت بیشتر از تغییرات آن در طی سه مرحله رشد گیاه بود. به طوری­که با افزایش تراکم بذر از 30 به 40 کیلوگرم در هکتار به­طور میانگین میزان ضریب فوق 50 درصد کاهش یافت، در صورتی که در مرحله رسیدن گیاه مقدار ضریب فوق تنها 30 درصد کمتر از مرحله اسقرار گیاه بود.

اثر برهمکنش مواد آلی و کرم خاکی بر برخی ویژگیهای فیزیکی وشیمیایی دو خاک در شرایط تراکمی متفاوت
اگرچه پژوهش­های مختلف نشان داده است که کرم­های خاکی از طریق فعالیت تغذیه­ای، ترشح کست و حفاری می­توانند بر ویژگی­های فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک تأثیر بگذارند ولی اثر برهم­کنش مواد آلی و کرم خاکی بر خاکدانه­سازی در شرایط تراکمی و بافتی متفاوت به­خوبی شناخته نشده است. در این پژوهش اثر برهم­کنش کرم خاکی ایسینیا فتیدا و مواد آلی بر برخی ویژگی­های فیزیکی و شیمیایی دو خاک ریز و درشت بافت منتخب از دشت مغان واقع در شمال غرب ایران در دو سطح تراکمی بررسی گردید. آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در 24 تیمار و 3 تکرار در شرایط اتاق رشد و به­­مدت 6 ماه اجرا شد. فاکتور اول کلاس بافت خاک در دو سطح لوم رسی و لوم شنی، فاکتور دوم مواد آلی در سه سطح بدون مواد آلی، کاه و کلش گندم و کود گاوی پوسیده هر دو به مقدار 20 گرم بر کیلوگرم خاک، فاکتور سوم دو سطح فشردگی خاک شامل 3/1و g cm-3 45/1و فاکتور چهارم حضور یا عدم حضور کرم خاکی بود. نتایج نشان داد هر دو ماده آلی مصرفی به­طور متوسط باعث افزایش معنی­دار کربن آلی (69 درصد)، کلسیم محلول (75/11 درصد) و میانگین وزنی­قطر (MWD) خاکدانه­ها (78 درصد) و کاهش معنی­دار چگالی ظاهری (6/3 درصد) در هر دو کلاس بافت خاک گردید. همچنین بیشترین اثرات مثبتبر ساختمان خاک در تیمار کاه و کلش با بافت لوم رسی و حضور کرم خاکی به­دلیل مقادیر زیاد کربن، کلسیم، منیزیم و رس دیده شد. تلقیح خاک با کرم خاکی در تیمار فشردگیg cm-3 45/1موجب افزایش معنی­دار MWD به­میزان 10 و 6/16 درصد و تخلخل کل به­میزان 6/5 و 6 درصد به­ترتیب در کلاس بافت لوم شنی و لوم رسی گردید. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از کرم خاکی می­تواند موجب ارتقای کیفیت فیزیکی خاک­های ریز و درشت بافت متراکم با افزودن مقدار کم مواد آلی گردد.
