This study was conducted to evaluate of mineral P fractions with addition of triple superphosphate fertilizer and wheat cultivation in incubation and greenhouse conditions. Incubation test was performed in three soil types: Dizan, Qaznin1 and Qaznin2 with various amounts of available P which in each soil 50 mg kg-1 P used from triple super phosphate. Soil's P fractions including: Ca2P, Ca8P, AlP, FeP, OP and Ca10P were measured at 0, 45 and 90 days of incubation based on a complete randomized block design with three replications. Results showed that soil type effect on fixation of mineral P under incubation conditions and Dizan soil ranked in the first place. In this soil, Ca2P: 67.5 and 73.8%, Ca8P: 74.5 and 59.7%, AlP: 31.9 and 50.3 %, FeP: 47.9 and 63.7%, OP: 50.7 and 60% and Ca10P: 62.8 and 69% were more than Qaznin1 and Qaznin2, respectively. By addition of 50 mg kg-1 P from TSP, concentrations of Ca2P and Ca8P increased in all soils and more in Dizan. The highest concentrations of Ca2P, Ca8P, AlP, FeP and OP achieved by T45 and Ca10P by T90 times. Greenhouse trial was conducted on three soils mentioned with 50 mg kg-1 P used from triple super phosphate and cultivated with wheat based on a complete randomized block design with three replications. The concentration of mineral P was higher than other soils under wheat cultivation in Dizan. Comparison of mineral P fractions under incubation and greenhouse conditions proved a reduction in P concentrations for Ca2P: 30.63, Ca8P: 12.1, AlP: 7.17 and FeP: 3.33 mg kg-1. The amount of P fixation forms (Ca2P) had an obvious decrease in association with wheat planting in the greenhouse.}, keywords = {mineral phosphorus fractions,calcareous,incubation,Wheat,soil series}, title_fa = {تأثیر مصرف سوپرفسفات تریپل و کشت گندم بر شکل‌های معدنی فسفر در خاک‌های آهکی دشت قزوین}, abstract_fa = {آگاهی از شکل‌های معدنی فسفر در خاک از نظر حاصلخیزی خاک و تغذیه گیاه مهم است. این پژوهش به‌منظور تعیین اشکال معدنی فسفر با مصرف سوپرفسفات تریپل و کشت گندم در شرایط خاک‌های آهکی در دو مرحله انکوباسیون و گلخانه به‌ مرحله اجرا درآمد. آزمایش انکوباسیون روی سه خاک دیزان، قزوین 1 و‌ قزوین 2 با مقادیر متفاوت فسفر قابل جذب در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار انجام پذیرفت. در هر خاک 50 میلی‌گرم فسفر برکیلوگرم خاک از منبع سوپرفسفات تریپل به‌کار برده شد. در زمان‌های صفر، 45 و90 روز، شکل‌های معدنی فسفر خاک شامل: Ca2P، Ca8P، OP، FePو Ca10P اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که تثبیت شکل‌های فسفر تحت تأثیر نوع خاک مورد مطالعه بود. در خاک دیزان، غلظت Ca2P به‌ترتیب 5/67 و 8/73 درصد، Ca8P 5/74 و 7/59 درصد،AlP 9/31 و 3/50 درصد، FeP 9/47 و 7/63 درصد، OP7/50 و 60 درصد و Ca10P 8/62 و 69 درصد بیشتر از خاک‌های قزوین 1 و‌ قزوین 2 بود. کاربرد فسفر تأثیر زیادی در افزایش غلظت شکل‌های Ca2P و Ca8P در هر سه خاک، و با شدت بیشتر در دیزان داشت. بیشترین غلظت اندازه‌گیری شده شکل‌های Ca2P، Ca8P، AlP، FeP و OP در زمان T45 و Ca10P در زمان T90 حاصل شد. آزمایش گلخانه بر روی سه خاک مذکور و با کاربرد 50 میلی‌گرم فسفر برکیلوگرم خاک از منبع سوپرفسفات تریپل با کشت گندم در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار انجام شد. غلظت شکل‌های فسفر در شرایط گلخانه در خاک دیزان نسبت به سایر خاک‌‌ها بالاتر بود. در شرایط انکوباسیون، کاربرد 50 میلی گرم برکیلوگرم فسفر، اشکال فسفر نسبت به شرایط کشت گندم با کاهش 63/30، 1/12، 17/7، 33/3 میلی‌گرم بر‌کیلوگرم برای Ca2P، Ca8P، AlPو FeP همراه بود. مقادیر تثبیت Ca2P با کشت گیاه کاهش محسوسی داشت.}, keywords_fa = {شکل‌ معدنی فسفر,آهک,انکوباسیون,گندم,سری خاک}, url = {https://asr.urmia.ac.ir/article_120610.html}, eprint = {https://asr.urmia.ac.ir/article_120610_2a480006317562894c78f25a6a487334.pdf} }
