تناسب اراضی منطقه گلفرج جلفا برای کشت چغندرقند با استفاده از سیستم مدیترانه ای
چغندرقند در درجه اول برای تولید ساکاروز استفاده می­شود و یک منبع غذایی سالم و پر انرژی است. شناسایی مکان­های مناسب برای تولید این گیاه با ارزش از اهمیت فراوانی برخوردار است که در این میان ارزیابی تناسب اراضی و مخصوصا" سیستم مدیترانه­ای (میکرولیز) می­تواند یکی از ابزارهای مهم و اساسی باشد. هدف از این تحقیق کاربرد سیستم مدیترانه­ای برای ارزیابی تناسب اراضی برای کشت چغندرقند در منطقه­ای به وسعت 7990 هکتار واقع در استان آذربایجان­شرقی (گلفرج جلفا) بود. بدین منظور، داده­های مزرعه­ای و آزمایشگاهی از 17 واحد اراضی اخذ و به­ترتیب محدودیت­های زیست­اقلیمی، کلاس قابلیت، ارزیابی تناسب اراضی برای تیپ بهره­وری چغندرقند تعیین شد. با استفاده از پارامترهای موثر در هر مدل از سیستم مدیترانه­ای (ترازا، سرواتانا و آلماگرا)، به­ترتیب محدودیت­های بیواقلیمی، کلاس­های قابلیت و ارزیابی کیفی اراضی تعیین شدند. نتایج مدل ترازا موید این مطلب است که کشت دیم چغندرقند با کاهش عملکرد 20 تا 40 درصدی امکان­پذیر است. همچنین رعایت برخی توصیه­های مدیریتی مانند تعیین زمانحساس گیاه به آب آبیاری موجب صرفه­جویی در مصرف آب بدون هرگونه تأثیر منفی در میزان عملکرد سالانه محصول می­شود و نیاز به کشیدن نایلون بر روی گیاه در ماه­های سرد سال ضروری می­باشد. بر اساس نتایج مدل سرواتانا همه اراضی برای اهداف کشاورزی مستعد تشخیص داده شدند. ارزیابی کیفی تناسب اراضی مستعد برای تیپ بهره­وری چغندرقند با استفاده از مدل آلماگرا نشان داد که به­ترتیب 3/24، 9/39، 1/8 و 7/27 درصد اراضی به ترتیب در کلاس­های عالی، مناسب، نسبتاً مناسب و نا مناسب به دلیل محدودیت­های بافت و کربنات طبقه­­بندی شدند. در کل به­نظر میرسد که سیستم مدیترانه­ای به­تواند در منطقه مطالعاتی، جهت فرموله کردن کشاورزی پایدار مفید باشد.

تاثیر زمان و ترکیب محیط کشت بر تولید IAA توسط جدایه های مختلف سودوموناس فلورسنت و تاثیر جدایه ها بر رشد ذرت (Zea mays L)
باکتری­های سودوموناس فلورسنت از مهم­ترین باکتری­های محرک رشد گیاه در ریزوسفر گیاهان مختلف زراعی می­باشند که با داشتن خصوصیات محرک رشدی متعدد، می­توانند موجب بهبود رشد گیاه گردند. تولید غلظت­های بالای IAA یکی از ویژگیهای بارز برای اکثر این باکتری­ها است. به­منظور بررسی توانایی تولید اکسین توسط سویه­های مختلف باکتری سودوموناس فلورسنت در زمان­های متفاوت و در محیط­های کشت­ TSB و DF و همچنین تعیین تاثیرات این سویه­ها بر شاخص­های رشد گیاه ذرت، آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی اجرا گردید. نتایج نشان­دهنده توانایی تمام سویه­ها، در تولید IAA بود. متوسط میزان تولید IAA در محیط کشت TSB بین 040/0 تا 3/34 میلی­گرم بر لیتر متغیر بود. سویه­های13p و 26p در روز پنجم به­ترتیب کم­ترین و بیشترین میزان IAA را تولید نمودند. در محیط کشت DF نیز متوسط تولید IAA توسط جدایه­ها بین 043/0 تا 03/6 میلی­گرم بر لیتر متغیر بود. همبستگی معنی­دار بین اکسین تولید شده در دو محیط کشت در روزهای مختلف، نشان داد که روند تولید اکسین توسط جدایه­ها در هر دو محیط کشت یکسان است و جدایه­هایی که توان بالایی در تولید اکسین دارند در هر دو محیط مقادیر بالاتری اکسین در مقایسه با جدایه­های ضعیف تولید کردند. نتایج آزمون گلخانه­ای نیز نشان داد که تلقیح جدایه­های مورد استفاده، وزن خشک اندام هوایی را تا بیش از 100 درصد و طول اندام هوایی، سطح برگ و کلروفیل را به­ترتیب 1/53، 2/57، 3/22 درصد افزایش دادند. کاربرد اکثر جدایه­ها سبب کاهش وزن خشک ریشه گردید. نتایج نشان­دهنده­ی وجود همبستگی مثبت و معنی­دار بین تولید IAA در دو محیط غنی TSB و حداقل DF بود. این همبستگی بیان­گر این است که در انتخاب جدایه­های برتر می­توان از هر دو محیط کشت استفاده کرد.

بسیاری از خصوصیات فیزیکی، شیمیایی و بیولوژیکی خاک در اثر آتش­سوزی تغییر می­کنند. آتش با تغییر در میزان و قابلیت دسترسی عناصر غذایی خاک قادر است حاصلخیزی خاک­های جنگلی را در طول زمان تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. به­ منظور بررسی تاثیر آتش­سوزی و زمان­های پس از آن بر برخی خواص شیمیایی خاک، تعداد 80 نمونه خاک (سوخته و غیرسوخته) از دو عمق سطحی (5 -0 سانتی­متری) و زیرسطحی (20 - 5 سانتی­متری) با سابقه آتش­سوزی متفاوت شامل 6 و 12 ماه پس از آتش­سوزی برداشت و مقادیر نیتروژن کل، فسفر، پتاسیم، منگنز، آهن، روی، مس و کربن آلی خاک در نمونه­های تهیه شده اندازه­گیری شد. نتایج نشان­دهنده وجود اختلاف معنی­دار از نظر میزان فسفر و نیتروژن بین خاک­های سوخته و شاهد (غیر سوخته) بود. به­طوری­که مقدار این پارامترها 6 ماه پس از آتش­سوزی در خاک­های سوخته در مقایسه با خاک­های شاهد افزایش نشان داد ولی پس از گذشت 12 ماه به سطوح قبل از آتش­سوزی رسید. میزان فسفر و کربن بخش درشت (2 – 25/0 میلی­متر) در خاک­های سوخته به­ترتیب 23/2 و 53/2 برابر بیشتر از مقادیر این عناصر در خاک­های شاهد بود. مقدار منگنز نیز در خاک­هایی با 6 ماه سابقه آتش­سوزی به­میزان 7/32 درصد نسبت به خاک­های شاهد افزایش نشان داد در حالی­که با گذشت یک­سال از زمان وقوع آتش­سوزی، مقدار آن در خاک سوخته در مقایسه با خاک شاهد 4/21 درصد کاهش داشت. بیشترین مقدار پتاسیم نیز 392 میلی­گرم بر کیلوگرم بود که در خاک­های سوخته با 12 ماه سابقه سوختگی مشاهده شد. به­طورکلی آتشسوزی منجر به تغییرات محسوسی در خواص خاک می­شود اما این تغییرات پایدار نبوده و بسته به­شدت آتش­سوزی طول بقای اثرات متفاوت است.

اثر توأمان فشردگی و رطوبت خاک بر جذب آهن و منگنز توسط دانهالهای پسته (.Pistachio vera L)
در آزمایشی گلخانهای جذب آهن و منگنز توسط دانهالهای پسته (.Pistachio vera L) در رطوبت و تراکمهای مختلف بررسی گردید. این آزمایش در یک خاک آهکی با بافت لوم شنی در چهار سطح تراکمی (چگالی 35/1، 5/1، 65/1 و 8/1 گرم بر سانتی­متر مکعب)، شش سطح رطوبت از رطوبت اشباع تا نقطه پژمردگی دایم و در سه تکرار انجام شد. بعد از خروج ریشهها از استوانه (90 روز) گیاهان برداشت، غلظت و مقدار آهن و منگنز اندازهگیری شد. این آزمایش آشیانهای در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی اجرا گردید. افزایش تراکم خاک از 5/1 به 8/1 گرم بر سانتیمتر مکعب سبب افزایش تقریبی 30 درصدی غلظت آهن ریشه و منگنز بخش هوایی و ریشه شد. افزایش سطوح تراکم خاک از 35/1 به 8/1 گرم بر سانتیمتر مکعب مقدار آهن و منگنز بخش هوایی را به­ترتیب 74 و 64 درصد و مقدار آهن و منگنز ریشه را به­ترتیب 45 و 36 درصد کاهش داد. در تمام سطوح تراکمی کمبود آب تاًثیر منفی بر غلظت آهن بخش هوایی گذاشت، ولی افزایش غلظت منگنز بخش هوایی و ریشه در سطوح تراکمی 35/1 و 5/1 گرم بر سانتیمتر مکعب همراه با تنش رطوبتی مشاهده شد. زیادی آب خاک سبب افزایش مقدار آهن و منگنز بخش هوایی و ریشه در سطح تراکمی 8/1 گرم بر سانتیمتر مکعب گردید (p<0.05). همچنین افزایش مقدار آهن و منگنز ریشه در سطح تراکمی 65/1 گرم بر سانتیمتر مکعب مشاهده شد (p<0.05).

تاثیر پنج دهه عملیات کشاورزی مستمر بر توزیع شکل های پتاسیم در برخی باغات جنوب دشت ارومیه
عملیات کشاورزی مستمر ممکن است بعضی تغییرات را در خصوصیات فیزیکی و شیمیایی و توزیع شکل­های پتاسیم خاک ایجاد کند. برای بررسی این فرضیه، خاک­های 5 زیرگروه Calcixerepts Typic، Fluventic Haploxerepts،Typic Endoaquepts، Typic Halaqueptsو Vertic Endoaqueptsاز خاک­های جنوب دشت ارومیه که تحت عملیات باغداری مستمر برای مدت بیش از 5 دهه قرارگرفته­اند تشریح و نمونه­برداری شدند. نمونه­های خاک پس از هوا خشک و عبور از غربال 2 میلی­متری تحت آزمایش­های مختلف فیزیکوشیمیایی قرارگرفته و توزیع شکل­های مختلف پتاسیم تعیین شدند. نتایج نشان داد که در بیشتر خاک­های مطالعه شده عملیات باغداری مستمر باعث کاهش در مقادیر شکل­های پتاسیم به تبعیت از تغییر در تیپ­های مختلف خاک، فعالیت­های زراعی و خصوصیات خاک شده است. همچنین مقایسات نشان داد که عملیات باغداری مستمر باعث کاهش معنی­دار شکل­های پتاسیم به استثنای پتاسیم غیرتبادلی شده است. در ­این ­بین پتاسیم محلول و پتاسیم غیرتبادلی به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین کاهش را در بین شکل­های پتاسیم نشان داد. بر این اساس عملیات باغداری مستمر باعث کاهش 100 درصد پتاسیم محلول، 60 درصد پتاسیم تبادلی و 60 درصد پتاسیم قابل­استفاده در زیرگروه­های مورد مطالعه گردید. مطالعات کانی­شناسی نیز مؤید این مطلب است که عملیات باغداری مستمر سبب تغییراتی در شدت نسبی و موقعیت پیک­های ایلایت و اسمکتایت شده است.

بررسی واکنش لاین های خویش آمیخته نوترکیب آفتابگردان به تنش کلرید سدیم در مرحله گیاهچه ای
به­منظور بررسی واکنش لاین­های خویش آمیخته نوترکیب آفتابگردان به تنش شوری در مرحله گیاهچه­ای، آزمایشی به­صورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح بلوک­های کامل تصادفی در شرایط کنترل شده اجرا گردید. فاکتور اول شامل 77 لاین خویش آمیخته نوترکیب (نسل F9) به همراه والدین و فاکتور دوم تنش شوری NaCl با سطوح شوری صفر و 6 (دسی­زیمنس­بر­متر) و صفات مورد مطالعه شامل طول ریشه­چه و ساقه­چه، وزن تر ریشه­چه و ساقه­چه و وزن خشک ریشه­چه و ساقه­چه بود. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد تمامی صفات مورد مطالعه تحت تأثیر ژنوتیپ، شوری و اثر متقابل ژنوتیپ و شوری قرار گرفتند. از مجموع 77 لاین، 43% (33 لاین) در سطح شوری 6 دسی­زیمنس­بر­متر قادر به جوانه زنی نبودند و 57% (44 لاین) قدرت زنده­مانی خود را حفظ کردند. میانگین تمام صفات مورد مطالعه در سطح شوری 6 دسی­زیمنس بر­متر در مقایسه با شرایط عادی کاهش نشان داد. خوشه­بندی لاین­های مورد مطالعه با در نظر گرفتن جمیع صفات در هر یک از دو شرایط تنش شوری و عادی با محاسبه فواصل مربع اقلیدسی (Squard Euclidean) و روش Ward انجام شد. لاین­ها در 3 خوشه گروه­بندی شدند. در شرایط بدون تنش در خوشه اول، دوم و سوم به ترتیب 17، 18 و 42 لاین و در شرایط تنش شوری به ترتیب 26، 8 و 9 لاین در خوشه­های مربوطه قرار گرفتند. بیشترین فاصله بین خوشه­های 1 با 2 مشاهده شد. نتایج تجزیه خوشه­ای در تطابق با نتایج حاصل از تجزیه به مؤلفه­های اصلی و تجزیه تابع تشخیص بود. لاین C86 برای اکثریت صفات مورد بررسی دارای بیشترین میانگین بود و به عنوان متحمل­ترین لاین به تنش شوری معرفی می­شود.

تأثیر سیستم مدیریت تغذیه تلفیقی بر برخی ویژگیهای کمی و کیفی سیب
هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر مصرف بهینه کود بر مبنای مدیریت تغذیه تلفیقی (INM) بر برخی خصوصیات کمی و کیفی سیب (Malus domestica L. Borkh) رقم زرد در باغهای استان آذربایجان­غربی بود. طرح تحقیقاتی در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در پنج تکرار اجرا گردید. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل شاهد (عرف باغدار) و مصرف بهینه کود، با استفاده از منابع شیمیایی و آلی عناصر بر اساس آزمون خاک و تجزیه گیاه بودند. نتایج نشان داد که اثر تیمارها برشاخص کلروفیل SPAD معنیدار گردیده و مقدار آن در تیمار مصرف بهینه کود 10 درصد بیشتر از شاهد بود. نتایج بیان­گر تفاوت­های بارزی در غلظت عناصر غذایی نیتروژن، پتاسیم، کلسیم، آهن و روی برگ درختان سیب در بین تیمارهای مصرف بهینه کود و عرف باغدار بودند. شاخص­های تعادل تغذیه­ای محاسبه شده با اعداد مرجع سیستم تلفیقی تشخیص و توصیه (DRIS) در تیمارهای مدیریت تلفیقی و عرف باغدار، به­ترتیب معادل32/48 و 92/87 بودند. مصرف بهینه کود موجب بهبود تعادل تغذیه­ای، افزایش میزان پروتئین و نسبت کلسیم به منیزیم در میوه گردید. مقایسه غلظت عناصر غذائی و برخی خصوصیات کیفی میوه با استاندارهای جهانی نشان داد که در هر دو تیمار، میزان پروتئین و غلظت عناصر فسفر، منیزیم، آهن، روی و مس بیش از حدود استاندارد بود، ولی غلظت عناصر پتاسیم، کلسیم و منگنز کمتر از آن بود. همچنین، نسبت نیتروژن به کلسیم میوه در هر دو تیمار بیش از استاندارد مذکور بوده که احتمالا ناشی از ذخیره نیتروژن خاک به­دلیل مصرف زیاد کودهای نیتروژنی در باغات سیب استان آذربایجان­غربی است. بهطورکلی، می­توان نتیجه­گیری کرد که سیستم مدیریت تلفیقی تغذیة باغات سیب می­تواند موجب ارتقای کمی و کیفی میوه و بهبود سلامت گیاه گردد.

اثر کودهای زیستی و آلی بر غلظت عناصر غذایی و برخی شاخصهای رشدی گوجهفرنگی
به­منظور بررسی تأثیر باکتری­های محرک رشد گیاه و کمپوست مصرف شده قارچ خوراکی بر رشد و عملکرد گوجه­فرنگی رقم ارگون (Lycopersicon esculentum L.)، آزمایشی گلخانه­ای به­صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تکرار انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: تلقیح بذور گوجه فرنگی با سوسپانسیون باکتری­های محرک رشد جنس سودوموناس (گونه فلورسنس و پوتیدا سویه 168 و 41) و آزوسپریلیوم (گونه لیپوفروم، sp و هالوپرفرنس) و افزودن کمپوست مصرف شده قارچ در نسبت­های حجمی (0، 20، 40 و 60) درصد به­صورت جایگزینی در بسترهای کاشت بود. نتایج نشان داد که میزان فسفر، پتاسیم، کلسیم در برگ و میوه تحت اثر تیمارهای آزمایشی به­طور معنی­داری افزایش یافتند. بیشترین میزان این عناصر در برگ و میوه در تیمار تلقیح شده با باکتری سودوموناس فلورسنسو کشت شده در بستر حاوی 20 درصد کمپوست مصرف شده قارچ مشاهده گردید. بیشترین میزان عملکرد و کلروفیل a در گیاهان مایه­زنی شده با سودوموناس فلورسنس و بستر کشت حاوی 20 درصد کمپوست مصرف شده قارچ مشاهده گردید. شاخص­های کلروفیل b، مجموع کلروفیل، اسیدیته میوه و سفتی بافت میوه در تیمارهای تلقیح شده با سودوموناس فلورسنس و سودوموناس پوتیدا سویه 168 و تیمار 20 درصد کمپوست مصرف شده قارچ حداکثر بود. بیشترین میزان قند میوه در تیمار تلقیح شده با آزوسپریلیوم هالوپرفرنس و تیمار 20 درصد کمپوست مصرف شده قارچ مشاهده گردید. در مجموع نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از کمپوست باقی­مانده قارچ و همچنین باکتری­های محرک رشد نقش موثری بر ویژگی­های فیزیولوژیک، تغذیه و همچنین عملکرد گوجه دارد. همچنین در شاخص­های میزان کلروفیل، عملکرد کل و تغذیه گیاه اثر متقابل کمپوست با باکتری معنی­دار بود که بیان­گر نقش موثر و افزاینده کاربرد همزمان کمپوست و قارچ به­عنوان یک کود آلی-میکروبی در بهبود رشد گیاه می­باشد.

در این تحقیق، سینتیک رهاسازی فسفر توسط بی­کربنات سدیم در 12 خاک آهکی از استان آذربایجان­شرقی با استفاده از نمونه خاکهای سطحی (cm 30-0) اندازه­گیری شد. محلول بیکربنات سدیم نیم مولار با pH 5/8 به خاکها افزوده شد و بهمدت 25/0، 5/0، 1، 2، 4، 8 و 16 ساعت تکان داده شد. سپس عصاره­گیری و غلظت فسفر آزاد شده تعیین گردید. برای تعیین شاخص­های رشد گیاه ذرت آزمایشی به­صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک­های کامل تصادفی و در سه تکرار و به­مدت 2 ماه انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که کمترین و بیشترین مقدار فسفر استخراج شده در خاکهای مورد مطالعه طی 16 ساعت بهترتیب 5/5 و 1/38 با میانگین 6/15 میلی­گرم فسفر بر کیلوگرم خاک بود. مقایسه ضرایب تبیین (R2) و خطای معیار (SE) هفت معادله مختلف نشان داد که سه معادله الوویچ ساده شده، دو ثابته و پخشیدگی پارابولیک داده­های آزاد شدن فسفر از خاکها را بهتر بیان کردند. پارامتر a معادله دو پارامتری (q=atb) با وزن خشک بخش هوایی ذرت و مقدار فسفر بخش هوایی همبستگی مثبت و معنی­دار نشان داد (r بهترتیب **75/0 و *61/0) اما پارامتر b با هیچکدام از پارامترهای گیاهی همبستگی نداشت. همچنین حاصل ضرب ab که نشان دهنده مقدار فسفر آزاد شده در لحظات اولیه است با وزن خشک بخش هوایی همبستگی مثبت نشان داد (**76/0=R). ثابت سرعت پخشیدگی (kp) معادله پخشیدگی پارابولیک با وزن خشک بخش هوایی همبستگی معنی­داری (01/0>P) داشت. در نتیجه، آزمون خاک برای فسفر قابل­دسترس (Olsen-P) که با عصاره­گیری فسفر پس از مدت زمانی کوتاه انجام می­گیرد، ممکن است منجر به کم­برآوردی فسفری گردد که نهایتا به محلول خاک و برای گیاه آزاد می­شود.
