بررسی اثر باکتری اسپوروسارسینا پاستوری و نوع محیط کشت بر رسوب زیستی کربنات کلسیم و کنترل فرسایش بادی خاک شنی استان خوزستان
فرسایش بادی و انتقال رسوب حمل شده تهدیدی جدی برای اراضی کشاورزی، محیط زیست، آلودگی هوا و سلامت انسان یکی از مشکلات اساسی در ایران و بخصوص استان خوزستان است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی کارایی باکتری اسپوروسارسینا پاستوری (Sporosarcina pasteurii) در کنترل فرسایش بادی در محیط کشت Tryptic Soy Broth (TSB) و ملاس نیشکر بود. بدین منظور، محیط کشت باکتری و اثر گذشت زمان در پیشبرد آزمایش در نمونه خاک شنی از منطقه حمیدیه در دشت آزادگان استان خوزستان بررسی شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل ملاس نیشکر (10 درصد) و TSB بهعنوان محیط کشت باکتری و محلول اوره (2 درصد) و کلرید کلسیم بهعنوان مایهتلقیح بود. آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی و در 3 تکرار انجام شد. پس از گذشت زمان 7، 15 و 30 روز، غلظت کربنات کلسیم، مقاومت به فروروی و فرسایش-پذیری نمونهها به کمک تونل باد بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد از میان تیمارهای مختلف بیشترین غلظت کربنات کلسیم در تیمار ملاس همراه با باکتری مشاهده شد بهطوریکه درصد کربنات کلسیم نمونه شن را 52 درصد افزایش داد. بیشترین مقاومت به فروروی مربوط به تیمار کاربرد ملاس بود که سبب افزایش 1000 برابری مقاومت به فروروی شد. با گذشت زمان، مقاومت به فروروی و درصد کربنات کلسیم تجمع یافته در خاک، افزایش معنیدار در سطح 5 درصد براساس آزمون LSD نشان داد. بررسی فرسایشپذیری نمونههای منتخب در تونل باد با میانگین سرعت باد 16 متر بر ثانیه نشان داد که مقدار فرسایش در خاک شنی شاهد از 52 درصد به صفر کاهش یافت و باعث کاهش 100 درصدی فرسایش شد. نتایج بهدستآمده از این پژوهش نشاندهندهی نقش قابلتوجه ملاس در کاهش فرسایشپذیری خاک شنی و افزایش مقاومت فروروی بود. بنابراین، استفاده از این ماده برای تثبیت شنهای روان پیشنهاد میشود.

ارزیابی پتانسیل خطرپذیری آلودگی فلزات سنگین در برخی از خاکهای شهرستان ورامین
همگام با رشد صنعت و فناوری، ورود آلایندههای زیستمحیطی و در صـدر آن فلـزات سنگین به خاک، موجب افزایش نگرانی جامعه جهانی در رابطه با امنیت غذایی شـده اسـت. هدف از این مطالعه ارزیـابی میزان خطر زیستمحیطی عناصر سـنگین با اسـتفاده از شـاخصهـای آلـودگی در شهرستان ورامین میباشد. برای این منظور، 35 نمونه مرکب خاک سطحی کشاورزی از هفت منطقه تهیه شد. مقدار کل و قابل جذب عناصرسنگین با تیزاب سلطانی و DTPA استخراج و با دستگاه جذب اتمی اندازهگیری شد. شاخصهای زمینانباشتگی، فاکتور غنیسازی، فاکتور آلودگی، پتانسیل خطر پذیری زیستی و نسبت قابل جذب محاسبه شد. میانگین غلظت کل کادمیوم، سرب، روی، نیکل، کبالت، مس و کروم به ترتیب برابر 090/0، 3/52، 146، 0/25، 95/4، 1/42 و 2/73 و مقادیر قابل جذب این عناصر 035/0، 07/5، 10/7، 047/0، 041/0، 01/3، 030/0 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم اندازهگیری شدند. بیشترین مقدار شاخص زمینانباشتگی، فاکتور غنیشدگی، شاخص آلودگی، پتانسیل خطر زیستمحیطی و شاخص نسبتهای قابل جذب به ترتیب مربوط به مس (69/1) ، کروم (70/8)، مس (21/5)، کروم (52/43) و سرب (87/10) بود. شاخص جامع آلودگی که از میانگین شاخص آلودگی کلیه فلزات محاسبه شد، برابر با 08/4 بود و در کلاس آلودگی بالا قرار گرفت اما شاخص پتانسیل خطر زیست محیطی کل (109) در محدوده مجاز خطر زیست محیطی قرار گرفت. تفسیر نتایج شاخص زمین انباشتگی و پتانسیل خطر زیستمحیطی نشان داد سرب، مس و روی، تحت تاثیر فعالیتهای انسانی هستند، درحالکه کادمیوم و کبالت صرفا منشاء زمینشناسی دارند. نهادههای کشاورزی و فاضلاب شهری عامل اصلی افزایش غلظت قابل جذب سرب، مس و روی بهنظر میرسد. نظارت مستمر بر غلظت آلاینده ها در خاک های کشاورزی و همچنین محصولات کشاورزی برای حفظ منابع تولید و دستیابی به امنیت غذایی ضروری است.

تأثیر ریزجانداران حلکننده فسفات و قارچهای میکوریز بر ویژگیهای رشدی گیاه ذرت (Zea mays L.) در شرایط تنش شوری
استفاده از ریزجانداران در خاکهای متأثر از تنش میتواند این امر را در گیاهان کاهش دهد. به منظور بررسی تأثیر ریزجانداران حلکننده فسفات ((PSB: Pseudomonas fluorescens, PSF: Aspergillus niger، قارچهای میکوریز (M: Funneliformis mosseae (G. mosseae)، (G. intraradices) Rhizophagus irregularis، Rhizophagus fasciculatus (G. fasciculatum))، و اثرات متقابل آنها بر بهبود جذب عناصر غذایی تحت شرایط شوری، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در شرایط گلخانهای به مدت 70 روز اجرا گردید. در پایان دوره رشد، برخی شاخصهای رشد گیاه و غلظت عناصر غذایی در اندام هوایی گیاه اندازهگیری شد. نتایج حاکی از تأثیر معنادار سطوح شوری بر جذب فسفر و پتاسیم، سدیم، کلر و ارتفاع اندام هوایی بود. تجمع پرولین در برگ (96/0 میکرومول بر گرم برگ) نیز از دیگر تأثیرات شوری بود. در بین تیمارهای میکروبی، تیمار میکوریزی بالاترین مقادیر پارامترهای اندازهگیری شده را به خود اختصاص داد. بهطوریکه بیشترین مقادیر شاخصهای رشد اندازهگیری شده از جمله ارتفاع اندام هوایی (89/78 سانتیمتر)، وزن خشک بخش هوایی (77/15 گرم در گلدان) و وزن خشک ریشه (47/8 گرم در گلدان) در تیمار میکوریزی مشاهده گردید. مقادیر نیتروژن و پتاسیم برگها در شرایط تلقیح میکروبی افزایش یافت لیکن سدیم و کلر اندام هوایی در این شرایط کاهش معنا-داری داشتند. تیمارهای تلقیح قارچی و میکوریزی، مقدار پرولین برگ را به ترتیب 46/15 و 85/15 درصد در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد افزایش دادند. چنین استنباط میشود که تلقیح میکوریزی در کاهش اثرات تنش شوری در گیاه ذرت نقش بارزتری نسبت به سایر ریزجانداران دارد.

بررسی کارایی همزیستی قارچ میکوریز آربوسکولار (Rhizophagus intraradices) و قارچ ریشهزی Piriformospora indica تحت تنش شوری در شیرین بیان ( Glycirrhiza glabra L)
قارچهای همزیست ریشه از جمله قارچهای میکوریزی قادر به تعدیل تنشهای زنده و غیرزنده برای گیاه میزبان هستند و رشد، تغذیه و مقاومت گیاه به تنش شوری را تحت تأثیر قرار میدهند. شیرینبیان (Glycyrrhiza glabra) در آسیا برای بهره-برداری از ریشه آن برای مقاصد دارویی کشت و نیز به عنوان یک منبع علوفه برای دام استفاده میشود. به منظور بررسی تأثیر همزیستی با قارچهای اندوفیت بر برخی ویژگیهای رشدی و فیزیولوژیکی این گیاه تحت سطوح مختلف شوری خاک، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل با عوامل شوری خاک (بدون شوری، dS.m-14، dS.m-1 8، dS.m-112 و dS.m-116) و همزیست قارچی (تلقیح نشده، تلقیح شده با Piriformospora indica و یا تلقیح شده با Rhizophagus intraradices) در سه تکرار اجرا گردید. نتایج نشان داد تنش شوری موجب کاهش درصد کلونیزاسیون قارچی، وزن خشک و طول بخش هوایی و ریشه، مقدار پتاسیم و فسفر در بخش هوایی شد و کارایی مصرف فسفر و پتاسیم با افزایش شوری کاهش یافت. همچنین شوری منجر به افزایش نشت الکترولیت و افزایش نسبت Na+/K+ گیاه گردید. تلقیح گیاه با قارچ R. intraradices بطور چشمگیری منجر به افزایش شاخص تحمل تحت تنش شوری شد و نسبت سدیم به پتاسیم را کاهش داد. این گیاهان در تمام سطوح شوری علاوه بر زیتوده بالاتر، مقدار فسفر و پتاسیم بیشتری نسبت به شاهد تلقیح نشده و تلقیح شده با قارچ P. indica نشان دادند. درحالیکه تلقیح با قارچ P. indica فقط در سطح بدون شوری منجر به افزایش وزن خشک بخش هوایی و ریشه گردید، بر سایر صفات مطالعه شده تأثیر معنیداری نداشت. نتایج این تحقیق نشان دهنده آثار مفید رابطه همزیستی میکوریز آربوسکولار در گیاه شیرینبیان تحت تنش شوری و قابلیت استفاده از آن در راستای گیاهپالایی خاکهای متأثر از املاح می-باشد.

کمبود مواد آلی در مزارع نیشکر جنوب خوزستان، استفاده از کودهای آلی را اجتنابناپذیر کرده است. فیلتر کیک یک ماده آلی و از تولیدات جانبی کارخانههای نیشکر بوده و اخیراً بهعنوان یک کود آلی بالقوه مورد توجه است. بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر فیلترکیک بر برخی از شاخصهای کیفیت خاک، مطالعهای در سال 1393 در مزارع شرکت کشت و صنعت هفتتپه خوزستان، در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی در سه تیمار و سه تکرار انجام شد. تیمارها شامل زمین کشت نشده (بایر)، مزرعه نیشکر بدون فیلتر کیک و مزرعه نیشکر با فیلتر کیک (100 تن در هکتار، در دو سال پیاپی) میباشد. جرم مخصوص ظاهری، تخلخل، میانگین وزنی قطر خاکدانهها و میانگین هندسی قطر خاکدانهها در عمق 0 تا 30 سانتیمتری و کربن آلی، کربن فعال، ازت کل، فسفر زیست فراهم، پتاسیم زیست فراهم، فعالیت آنزیم فسفاتاز قلیایی، تنفس پایه و تنفس برانگیخته در عمقهای 0 تا 30 و 30 تا 60 سانتیمتری در تیمارها مقایسه شدند. کاربرد فیلتر کیک باعث افزایش میزان کربن آلی (1/4 برابر)، فسفر زیست فراهم (4/7 برابر)، تنفس پایه (5/1 برابر) و تنفس برانگیخته (9/1 برابر)، آنزیم فسفاتاز (6/1 برابر)، میانگین وزنی قطر خاکدانهها (8/2 برابر)، میانگین هندسی قطر خاکدانهها (2/1 برابر) و کاهش وزن مخصوص ظاهری (84/0)، نسبت به تیمار بدون فیلتر کیک شد (001/0 > p). اثرات متقابل تیمارهای کودی و عمق نمونهبرداری تنها بر روی کربن فعال و نیتروژن معنیدار بود و روی بقیه شاخصها اختلاف معنیداری نشان نداد. بیشترین مقدار پتاسیم زیست فراهم را تیمار بایر (157میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم) داشت که با تیمار فیلتر کیک (135میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم) در یک گروه آماری قرار گرفتند. در مقابل، کاربرد فیلترکیک افزایش معنیداری در اندازه تخلخل کل خاک نسبت به تیمار بدون فیلتر کیک ایجاد نکرد. در کل، کاربرد کوتاهمدت فیلتر کیک در کشت نیشکر تأثیر مثبتی در بهبود کیفیت خاک داشت.

تاثیر کاربرد بقایای گیاهی در بهبود شاخصهای شیمیایی خاکهای آهکی، سدیمی و شور-سدیمی
یکی از راهکارهای صحیح و عملی بهبود خصوصیات فیزیکی و شیمایی خاکهای آهکی، شور و سدیمی مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک استفاده از بقایای گیاهی محصولات کشاورزی است. به منظور بررسی تأثیر بقایای گیاهی بر بهبود خصوصیات شیمیایی خاکهای آهکی، سدیمی و شور- سدیمی، آزمایش انکوباسیون (گرماگذاری) به صورت فاکتوریل در پایه طرح کاملا تصادفی (CRD)، شامل فاکتور نوع خاک (آهکی، سدیمی و شور- سدیمی) و بقایای گیاهی (ذرت، آفتابگردان، گندم، شبدر و ماشک) به همراه تیمار شاهد (خاک بدون بقایای گیاهی) در سه تکرار انجام شد. بقایای گیاهی به میزان دو درصد به خاکها اضافه و تیمارهای آماده شده به مدت 13 هفته در دمای 25 درجه سانتیگراد و با رطوبت 50 درصد ظرفیت زراعی گرماگذاری شدند. نتایج نشان داد که EC، نیتروژن کل، ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی، پتاسیم قابل جذب، آهن، روی، مس و منگنز قابل استفاده در تیمارهای بقایای گیاهی نسبت به تیمارهای شاهد افزایش معنیداری (در سطح احتمال 1 درصد) داشت. همچنین افزودن بقایای گیاهی موجب کاهش معنیدار pH و درصد آهک خاکها (در سطح احتمال 1 درصد) شد. فسفر قابل استفاده در خاکهای تیمارشده با بقایای ماشک، شبدر و آفتابگردان به ترتیب 39، 35 و 18 درصد افزایش یافت، در حالی که در خاکهای تیمارشده با بقایای ذرت و گندم به ترتیب به میزان 19 و 25 درصد کاهش یافت. کاربرد بقایای گیاهی، کربن آلی و فعالیت آنزیم اورهآز را نسبت به تیمارهای شاهد به ترتیب تا 27 و 134 درصد افزایش داد. با کاربرد بقایای گیاهی، درصد سدیم تبادلی خاکهای مورد مطالعه تا 19 درصد کاهش یافت. در کل، کاربرد بقایای گیاهی باعث بهبود خصوصیات شیمیایی مطالعه شده در خاکهای آهکی، سدیمی و شور- سدیمی و افزایش قابلیت دسترسی عناصر غذایی شد. همچنین شدت تاثیر بقایای گیاهی بر خصوصیات شیمیایی خاکهای مورد مطالعه به کیفیت بیوشیمیایی و ترکیب شیمیایی بقایای گیاهی بستگی داشت.

ارزیابی زمینآماری تغییرات برخی ویژگیهای خاک در پی تخریب جنگلهای بلوط در دشت مختار یاسوج
پیشبینی دقیق تغییرات ویژگیهای مختلف خاک طی تغییر کاربری اراضی، اطلاعات سودمندی را در اختیار طراحان برنامههای مدیریت اراضی قرار میدهد. در این پژوهش، اثر تغییر کاربری اراضی از جنگل متراکم (تخریبنشده) بلوط به جنگل نیمهمتراکم (تخریبشده) و سپس دیمکاری بر برخی ویژگیهای خاک، در منطقه مختار یاسوج مطالعه شده است. بدین منظور، 100 نمونه خاک سطحی (صفر تا 30 سانتیمتر) بهصورت تصادفی برداشت و مقادیر برخی ویژگیهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی در آنها اندازهگیری شد. پس از تجزیه آماری دادهها، نقشههای پیوسته توزیع مکانی برای هر ویژگی با کمک تخمینگرهای کریجینگ معمولی و وزندهی معکوس فاصله در محیط نرمافزاری ArcGIS 10.2 تهیه شد. بررسی میانگین دادههای ویژگیهای مورد مطالعه، نشان از آن داشت که تغییر کاربری اراضی از جنگل بلوط متراکم به جنگل تخریبشده و سپس دیمکاری، موجب شد تا مقادیر ویژگیهای درصد ماده آلی و ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی خاک در روندی کاهشی و جرم مخصوص ظاهری در روندی افزایشی تغییر یابند. همچنین، مقادیر ویژگیهای درصد رس، هدایت الکتریکی و درصد کربنات کلسیم معادل با کاهش جزیی و واکنش خاک و درصد شن با افزایش جزیی همراه بودند. در میان ویژگیهای خاکی مورد بررسی، ویژگی درصد ماده آلی خاک، بهعنوان یکی از مهمترین شاخصهای کیفیت خاک با تغییرات چشمگیری همراه بود و میانگین آن در سه کاربری مزبور بهترتیب، 74/6، 42/3 و 58/1 درصد اندازگیری شد. در تأیید این نتایج، بررسی نقشه پراکنش مکانی متغیرهای مورد مطالعه نیز گواه آن بود که مطلوبترین مقادیر ویژگیهای منطقه در بخشهای جنوبغربی منطقه با کاربری جنگل بلوط متراکم یافت میشوند و با افزایش فاصله به سمت بخشهای شمالشرقی با کاربری کشت دیم، از مطلوبیت آنها کاسته میشود.

اثرات سنگریزه و کود مرغی بر برخی شاخص های رشد خیار و ویژگی های خاک در شمال غرب دریاچه ارومیه
استفاده از سنگریزه برای کنترل تبخیر در خاکهای مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک رایج است. هدف از این پژوهش مزرعهای بررسی اثرات متقابل مقادیر مختلف سنگریزه و کود مرغی بر برخی ویژگیهای خیار و خاک بود. آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در منطقه شبستر اجرا گردید. فاکتور اول سنگریزه در مقادیر صفر، 15، 30، 45 و kg m-260 و فاکتور دوم کود مرغی در مقادیر صفر، 250، 500، 750 و g m-21000 بود. سنگریزه بهصورت مالچ سطحی و کود به صورت اختلاط با خاک در عمق cm 20 استفاده شد. برخی شاخصهای رشد خیار در طول فصل رشد و نیز برخی ویژگیهای گیاه و خاک در پایان فصل رشد تعیین گردید. کاربرد سنگریزه در بالاترین سطح موجب افزایش معنیدار عملکرد (%9/16) و کارآیی مصرف آب خیار (%17)، پایداری خاکدانه (%5/46) و رطوبت خاک مزرعه (%9/42) و کاهش معنیدار آهک (%1/15) و مقاومت فروروی خاک (%3/59) در مقایسه با شاهد گردید. استفاده از کود مرغی در بالاترین مقدار مصرفی باعث افزایش معنیدار شاخص کلروفیل (%3/50)، عملکرد (%9/96) و وزن خشک میوه (%3/60)، کارآیی مصرف آب (%98)، کربن آلی (%4/64)، پایداری خاکدانه (%150)، هدایت الکتریکی خاک (%5/287) و کاهش معنیدار آهک (%8/27) و اسیدیته خاک (%8/12) نسبت به شاهدگردید. کاربرد توأم سنگریزه و کود مرغی در بالاترین سطح مصرفی موجب افزایش معنیدار محتوای نسبی آب برگ به میزان 8/14 تا 4/24 درصد نسبت به سایر تیمارها گردید. نتایج نشان داد مالچ سنگریزه از طریق افزایش نگهداری آب در خاک باعث بهبود عملکرد خیار و کیفیت فیزیکی خاک میگردد. همچنین کود مرغی در مقادیر کم تا زیاد از طریق افزایش ماده آلی و کاهش اسیدیته و آهک میتواند باعث ارتقای کیفیت فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک در منطقه نیمهخشک شود.

اثرات شیرابه زباله بر درجه آلودگی عناصر سنگین در خاکهای آهکی منطقه میاندوآب
امروزه آلودگی عناصر سنگین ناشی از شیرابه زباله به علت پتانسیل آنها برای تأثیرگذاری بر سلامت انسان از طریق زنجیره غذایی بسیار جدی شده است. در این مطالعه تأثیر شیرابه زباله بر تجمع بعضی شاخصهای آلایندگی عناصر سنگین خاک (Zn ،Cd ،Ni ،Pb ،Cu ،Mn ) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که عناصر سنگین در خاکهای تحت نفوذ شیرابه بهطور معنیدار بهصورت توالی Zn> Cd> Ni> Pb> Cu> Mn تجمع یافتهاند. بااینوجود تنها مقدار کادمیوم بیشتر از مقدار استانداردهای ملی و بینالمللی بود. بر اساس فاکتور آلودگی (CF) عناصر کادمیوم و روی در اکثر اراضی تحت نفوذ شیرابه در کلاس آلودگی شدید (3 ≤CF< 6) و سایر عناصر در کلاس آلودگی متوسط (سرب، نیکل، مس، منگنز 1 ≤CF

تأثیر برخی منابع آلی و شیمیایی بر جذب برخی عناصر کممصرف و پرمصرف در اسفناج
سیانوباکتری اسپیرولینا (Arthrospira platensis) دارای طیف وسیعی از مواد آلی و معدنی تغذیهای میباشد و میتواند به عنوان ماده جدیدی برای کشت ارگانیک گیاهان استفاده شود. برای بررسی امکان مصرف پودر غیرزنده سیانوباکتری اسپیرولینا و مطالعه اثر آن بر عملکرد و جذب عناصر غذایی در اسفناج (Spinasia olerace L.) و همچنین مقایسه آن با برخی کودهای شیمیایی و آلی، آزمایشی گلخانهای بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی و با سه تکرار انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل شاهد، زیستتوده غیرزنده سیانوباکتری اسپیرولینا (پودر خشک) در چهار سطح (500، 1000، 2500 و 5000 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم خاک)، ورمیکمپوست (10000 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم)، کود گاوی و کود گوسفندی (20000 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم)، کود شیمیایی (1) که شامل 80 میلیگرم نیتروژن در کیلوگرم خاک و 10 میلیگرم فسفر در کیلوگرم خاک و کود شیمیایی (2) که شامل 150 میلیگرم نیتروژن در کیلوگرم خاک و 20 میلیگرم فسفر در کیلوگرم خاک به ترتیب از منبع اوره و مونوکلسیم فسفات بود. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین و کمترین وزن خشک اسفناج بهترتیب در تیمار 500 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم توده غیرزنده سیانوباکتری اسپیرولینا و کود گوسفندی بهدست آمد. با کاربرد 500 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم توده غیرزنده سیانوباکتری اسپیرولینا، جذب نیتروژن، فسفر، پتاسیم، روی، آهن، منگنز و مس بهوسیله اسفناج نسبت به شاهد افزایش معنیدار یافت. کاربرد سطوح بالاتر از 1000 میلیگرم پودر خشک سیانوباکتری اسپیرولینا در کیلوگرم خاک اثر معنی داری بر عملکرد و جذب برخی عناصر غذایی بهوسیله اسفناج نداشت. نتایج نشان داد که اثر کودهای بکاربرده شده بر برخی ویژگیها مانند وزن خشک، جذب نیتروژن، فسفر، پتاسیم و عناصر کم مصرف بهصورت سیانوباکتری اسپیرولینا> کود گاوی> ورمیکمپوست > کود شیمیایی> شاهد=کود گوسفندی بود.

تاثیر هیومیک اسید بر ویژگی های رویشی، جذب فسفر و پتاسیم و رنگدانه های فتوسنتزی دانهال های پسته تحت تنش خشکی
کمبود آب عامل عمده محدود کننده رشد و تولید پسته در خاک های مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک ایران می باشد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر کاربرد هیومیک اسید بر ویژگی های رویشی ریشه و اندام هوایی، رنگدانه های فتوسنتزی و جذب فسفر و پتاسیم توسط دانهال های پسته در شرایط تنش خشکی بود. این پژوهش در گلخانه به صورت آزمایش فاکتوریل با دو فاکتور تنش خشکی در 3 سطح (شاهد یا 80 درصد، 60 درصد و 40 درصد ظرفیت زراعی) و هیومیک اسید در 3 سطح (شاهد، 1 و 2 گرم هیومیک اسید در کیلوگرم خاک)، در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد با افزایش تنش خشکی در خاک، سطح برگ، وزن خشک برگ و ساقه، وزن خشک کل ریشه و اندام هوایی، محتوای کلروفیل و غلظت و مقدار فسفر جذب شده در ریشه و اندام هوایی کاهش یافت، درحالی که مقدار کاروتنوئیدها و غلظت پتاسیم در ریشه و اندام هوایی افزایش یافت. کاربرد هیومیک اسید سبب افزایش معنی دار طول بخش هوایی (17 درصد)، سطح برگ (39 درصد)، وزن خشک ریشه (31 درصد)، وزن خشک برگ (16 درصد)، وزن خشک ساقه (28 درصد)، وزن خشک کل گیاه (19 درصد)، کلروفیل کل (37 درصد)، کاروتنوئیدها (19 درصد)، غلظت فسفر در ریشه (10 درصد) و اندام هوایی (23 درصد) و مقدار پتاسیم جذب شده در ریشه (11 درصد) و اندام هوایی (22 درصد) شد. بنابراین می توان نتیجه گیری کرد که کاربرد هیومیک اسید (به ویژه سطح 2 گرم هیومیک اسید در کیلوگرم خاک) می تواند با بهبود محتوای رنگدانه های فتوسنتزی، و افزایش جذب عناصر غذایی فسفر و پتاسیم در ریشه و اندام هوایی، سبب بهبود رشد دانهال های پسته و افزایش بردباری آن ها در شرایط تنش خشکی می شود.

تأثیر کودهای آلی و شیمیایی بر میزان جذب فسفر به وسیله گندم و فعالیت آنزیمهای فسفاتاز اسیدی و قلیایی در خاک
کمبود فسفر و نیز کارایی جذب پایین این عنصر در خاکهای آهکی یکی از مشکلات مهم در سامانههای زراعی مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک میباشد. بهمنظور بررسی میزان جذب فسفر و فعالیت آنزیمهای فسفاتاز اسیدی و قلیایی در سه نوع خاک با مقادیر متفاوت فسفر قابلجذب (Qazvin1، Qazvin2 و (Dizanو با کاربرد 50 میلیگرم فسفر بر کیلوگرم خاک از منابع کودهای گوسفندی، کمپوست زباله شهری و سوپرفسفات تریپل در شرایط گلخانه و تحت کشت گندم، تحقیقی در سال 1394 بهصورت آزمایشهای فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در سه تکرار به مرحله اجرا درآمد. نتایج نشان داد که میزان فعالیت آنزیم فسفاتاز قلیایی بالاتر از اسیدی و در خاک Dizan نسبت به سایر خاکهای موردبررسی با افزایش معنی-داری همراه شد. میزان فعالیت آنزیم فسفاتاز قلیایی بیش از 7/2 برابر فسفاتاز اسیدی در خاک Dizanبود. میزان تأثیر کمپوست زباله شهری بر فعالیت آنزیم فسفاتاز اسیدی نسبت به گوسفندی و سوپرفسفاتتریپل به ترتیب 3/82 و 1/62 و بر فعالیت آنزیم فسفاتاز قلیایی به ترتیب 6/52 و 6/87 میکروگرم پارانیتروفنل بر گرم خاک خشک بر ساعت بیشتر بود. در برهمکنش خاک و کود، بیشترین فعالیت آنزیم فسفاتاز اسیدی از خاک Dizan در تیمار با کمپوست زباله شهری و سوپرفسفات تریپل به دست آمد. در خاک Dizan با کاربرد سوپرفسفات تریپل، غلظت جذب فسفر توسط گیاه نسبت به کود گوسفندی، 3/34 درصد، کود کمپوست زباله شهری، 9/20 درصد و نسبت به شاهد، 7/65 درصد افزایش داشت. در این خاک میزان فسفر باقیمانده خاک پس از برداشت گیاه در تیمار با کود سوپرفسفات تریپل نسبت به تیمار با کود گوسفندی، 3/33 درصد، کود کمپوست زباله شهری، 7/61 درصد و شاهد 4/ 72 درصد افزایش نشان داد. با توجه به نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق در خاکهای آهکی با کاربرد کمپوست زباله شهری حداکثر فعالیت آنزیمی فسفاتاز حاصل میشود.

اثر بیوچار تهیه شده از بقایای کشاورزی در دماهای متفاوت بر برخی ویژگیهای شیمیایی یک خاک آهکی و غلظت سدیم و پتاسیم در گیاه ذرت (Zea mays)
بیوچار یک ماده جامد غنی از کربن است که حاصل حرارت دهی زیست تودههای گیاهی و بقایای کشاورزی در شرایط اکسیژن محدود میباشد. اثرات بیوچار در خاک بستگی به دمای گرماکافت و نوع ماده اولیه مورد استفاده در تولید بیوچار دارد. بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر بیوچار حاصل از بقایای کشاورزی در دماهای متفاوت گرماکافت بر ویژگیهای خاک، وضعیت کاتیونها و آنیونهای خاک و غلظت سدیم و پتاسیم در گیاه ذرت، آزمایشی گلخانهای بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در 4 تکرار به اجرا درآمد. تیمارها شامل نوع بیوچار (بیوچارهای بقایای برنج، بقایای پنبه و بقایای کلزا)، دمای گرماکافت (350 و 700 درجه سلسیوس) و مقدار بیوچار (0، 2 و 5 درصد وزنی/وزنی) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که همه بیوچارها سبب افزایش قابلیت هدایت الکتریکی خاک شدند. حداقل مقدار pH در خاک در تیمار بیوچار تهیه شده از بقایای برنج و بیشترین pH در خاک در تیمار بیوچار تولید شده از پنبه بهدست آمد. افزایش دمای گرماکافت از 350 به 700 درجه سلسیوس سبب افزایش معنیدار pH در خاک شد. بیشترین مقادیر سدیم، کلسیم، منیزیم، کلر و بیکربنات در خاک در دمای 350 درجه سلسیوس بهدست آمد. بیشترین مقدار سدیم در برگ و ساقه ذرت در تیمار بیوچار حاصل از بقایای برنج بهدست آمد درحالیکه در مورد پتاسیم برگ و ساقه، بیوچار تهیه شده از بقایای کلزا بیشترین افزایش را داشت. دمای تولید بیوچار تنها بر مقدار سدیم برگ اثر معنیداری در سطح 5% داشت. دمای گرماگافت و نوع ماده خام اولیه فاکتورهای مهمی هستند که ویژگیهای شیمیایی بیوچار و متعاقب آن ویژگیهای خاک را متأثر میسازد.

اثر تغییر کاربری اراضی بر شکلهای شیمیایی پتاسیم و قابلیت استفاده برخی عناصر غذایی خاک در منطقه داراب، استان فارس
تغییر کاربری اراضی جنگل و مرتع به باغات گل محمدی میتواند بر بسیاری از ویژگیهای خاک و حاصلخیزی آن اثر بگذارد. تعداد 36 نمونه خاک سطحی از کاربریهای مختلف جنگل، مرتع و کشاورزی (باغ دیم گلمحمدی) در منطقه مروارید (داراب، استان فارس) برداشت شد تا تأثیر تغییر کاربری بر ویژگیهای خاک و حاصلخیزی آن بررسی شود. ویژگیهای مختلف خاک، قابلیت استفاده عناصر پرمصرف و کممصرف و غلظت شکلهای مختلف پتاسیم اندازهگیری شدند. نتایج نشان داد که مقدار ماده آلی، پهاش و ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی در خاکهای باغ بهطور معنیداری کمتر از خاک جنگل و مرتع بود. غلظت نیتروژن در خاک باغ بهطور معنیداری کمتر از کاربریهای دیگر بود، اما غلظت فسفر در آن بهطور معنیداری بیشتر از خاک جنگل و مرتع (39 در مقابل بهترتیب 22 و 24 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم) بود. قابلیت استفاده منگنز، روی و مس در خاک باغ بیشتر از خاک جنگل و مرتع بود. پتاسیم تبادلی در خاک جنگل (749 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم) و پتاسیم غیرتبادلی در خاک باغ (1344 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم) بهطور معنیداری بیشتر از سایر کاربریها بود. بهطور کلی، کشاورزان با افزودن کودهای شیمیایی، زیر و رو کردن محدود خاک و برداشت مقداری از بخشهای هوایی گیاه سبب تغییر در ویژگیهای خاک و حاصلخیزی آن میشوند. تغییرات در ویژگیهای خاک و قابلیت استفاده عناصر غذایی باید در مدیریت اراضی کشاورزی منطقه مد نظر قرار گرفته و نتایج این تحقیق مانند کاهش غلظت برخی عناصر غذایی پرمصرف و ماده آلی در نتیجه تغییر کاربری اراضی جنگل و مرتع به باغ میتواند جهت پیشبینی پیامدهای حاصل از تغییر کاربری در منطقه مورد مطالعه و مناطق مشابه مفید باشد. توصیه میشود جهت حفظ توازن عناصر غذایی در باغات مصرف کودهای فسفر با دقت بیشتری انجامشده و کمبود مواد آلی و عناصر پرمصرف مانند نیتروژن و پتاسیم نیز با کاربرد مناسب کودهای آلی و شیمیایی جبران گردد.

کاربرد روشهای آماری چندمتغیره در ارزیابی شاخصهای کیفیت خاک در منطقه نیمهخشک لردگان
کیفیت خاک تحت تاثیر نوع کاربری و مدیریت زمین است. ارزیابی وضعیت کیفی خاک، راهنمای مناسبی برای اتخاذ روش-های مدیریت پایدار و پیشگیری از تخریب این ماده حیاتی میباشد. هدف این پژوهش تبیین تغییرات ویژگیهای خاک در کاربریهای مختلف و تعیین مهمترین شاخصهای ارزیابی کیفیت خاک بود. بدین منظور در مجموع 50 نمونه خاک از چهار کاربری جنگل، مرتع، دیمزار و کشت آبی از حوضه آبخیز لردگان جمعآوری شد. سپس ویژگیهای خاک شامل جرم مخصوص ظاهری، اجزای بافت، کربنات کلسیم معادل، ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی، pH، هدایت الکتریکی، کربن آلی، نیتروژن کل، نسبت کربن به نیتروژن، تنفس پایه میکروبی و میانگین وزنی قطر خاکدانهها اندازهگیری شدند. همچنین میانگین دمای ماهانه و بارش سالیانه و نیز ارتفاع و شیب نقاط نمونهبرداری تعیین گردید. نتایج تجزیه به مولفههای اصلی نشان داد که شاخصهای کربن آلی، درصد شن، بارندگی سالیانه و ارتفاع، مهمترین عوامل ایجاد کننده تغییرات در خاکهای منطقه بوده است. این تحلیل توانست با ایجاد 5 مولفه اصلی، 81 درصد از تغییرات ویژگیهای خاکهای منطقه را به خوبی تبیین نماید. همچنین تحلیل تشخیص به خوبی توانست انواع کاربریها را با استفاده از مجموعهای از ویژگیهای منتخب، از یکدیگر متمایز نماید. مقدار طبقهبندی صحیح در این تحلیل 94 درصد بود. نتایج این پژوهش بر قابلیت کاربرد روشهای آماری چندمتغیره در بررسی کیفیت خاکها تاکید دارد. بررسی جداگانه هر یک از شاخصهای منتخب، دلالت بر کیفیت خوب خاکهای جنگلی نسبت به سایر کاربریها داشت و دیمزارها، وضعیت کیفی نامناسبی داشتند. بنابراین مدیریت پایدار منطقه، مستلزم پیشگیری از تغییر کاربری اراضی و احیای اراضی تخریبشده به منظور ارتقای کیفیت خاک است.
