تغییرات برخی ویژگیهای شیمیایی مواد آلی مختلف پس از تبدیل به بیوچار و هیدروچار
بیوچار و هیدروچار مواد جامد کربنی هستند که از کربونیزهشدن زیستتودههای آلی تولید شده و باعث ترسیب کربن و بهبود حاصلخیزی خاک میشوند. هدف از این پژوهش، تبدیل زیستتودههای مختلف شامل لجن فاضلاب، کود مرغی، تفاله چغندر قند، کاه و کلش گندم و ضایعات چوب سیب به بیوچار و هیدروچار و بررسی ویژگیهای شیمیایی آنها بود. همچنین، با استفاده از یک آزمایش گلخانهای بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی با 3 تکرار، اثر بیوچار و هیدروچار چوب سیب در حضور و عدم حضور کود مونوکلسیم فسفات بر pH، EC و غلظت فسفر، پتاسیم و سدیم فراهم خاک بررسی شد. برای تولید بیوچار از فرایند گرماکافت آهسته با دمای 500 درجه سلسیوس و مدت یک ساعت و برای تولید هیدروچار از فرایند کربونیزهشدن گرمآبی در دمای 180 درجه سلسیوس، فشار 11 بار و مدت 12 ساعت استفاده شد. بعد از تبدیل زیستتودهها به بیوچار و هیدروچار، درصد عملکرد بیوچارها و هیدروچارها و pH، EC، درصد خاکستر و غلظت عناصر نیتروژن، فسفر، پتاسیم، کلسیم، منیزیم، سدیم، آهن، منگنز، مس و روی در زیستتوده، بیوچار و هیدروچارهای تولید شده بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که درصد خاکستر و غلظت عناصر در زیستتوده، بیوچار و هیدروچار کود مرغی و لجن فاضلاب بیشتر از تفاله چغندر قند، کاه و کلش گندم و ضایعات چوب سیب بود. pH همه بیوچارها بیشتر از 7 و pH همه هیدروچارها (به­جز هیدروچار کود مرغی) کمتر از 7 بود. با مصرف بیوچار چوب در خاک، pH خاک افزایش و با مصرف توأم هیدروچار چوب و کود فسفر در خاک، pH خاک کاهش یافت. در هر دو حالت با و بدون مصرف کود فسفر در خاک، pH و EC خاک در حضور هیدروچار کمتر از بیوچار بود. بین کود فسفر و بیوچار و هیدروچار در افزایش فسفر فراهم خاک یک برهم­کنش هم­افزایی مشاهده شد. اثر مصرف بیوچار، هیدروچار و کود فسفر بر پتاسیم و سدیم فراهم خاک معنادار نشد. باتوجهبه pH اسیدی هیدروچارهای مورد مطالعه و افزایش غلظت برخی عناصر غذایی در بیوچارها و هیدروچارهای مورد مطالعه، مصرف بیوچار و هیدروچار همراه با کود فسفر در خاک­های آهکی میتواند توصیه شود.

تخمین مکانی ماده آلی خاک با دادههای نامطمئن و کمکی خاکی و روش آنتروپی حداکثر اریب
ماده آلی خاک یکی از مهمترین فاکتورهای کیفیت خاک می­باشد و آگاهی از وضعیت آن در خاک، از مهمترین اقدامات در جهت مدیریت منابع اراضی است. با توجه به هزینه و زمان زیادی که در جهت پایش ماده آلی خاک نیاز است، هر روشی که بتواند با حداقل نمونه استفاده از هر نوع داده­های خاکی، بهترین نقشه­های ماده آلی را تولید کند، قدمی در راستای کشاورزی پایدار خواهد بود. هدف از انجام این تحقیق، تخمین مکانی ماده آلی خاک با استفاده از اندازه­گیری­های با دقت پایین ماده آلی، داده­های کمکی خاکی و روش آنتروپی حداکثر اریب (BME) بود. نمونه­برداری از 122 نقطه و از عمق 20-0 سانتی­متری از دشت بناب و میاندوآب صورت گرفت. سپس، ماده آلی خاک به روش والکلی و بلاک و نیز به شکل تسهیل شده آن، تعیین گردید. همچنین، برخی از پارامترهای خاکی از جمله بافت، پایداری خاکدانه­ها و آهک نیز در نمونه­ها اندازه­گیری شدند. تخمین مکانی ماده آلی با داده­های نامطمئن، مدل خطی توسعه یافته با استفاده از داده­های کمکی خاکی و روش BME انجام شد. براساس نتایج، بالاترین R، کمترین RMSE و nRMSE با مقادیر به ترتیب 97/0، 07/0 درصد و 06/0 متعلق به تخمین مکانی ماده آلی با داده­های نامطمئن ماده آلی با درنظر گرفتن خطا بود. همچنین استفاده از مدل خطی توسعه یافته با داده­های کمکی خاکی و وارد کردن خطای این داده­ها در معادلات تخمین، منجر به بهبود تخمین نسبت به زمانی گردید که از خطا استفاده نشده بود (R، RMSE و nRMSE به ترتیب از 65/0، 58/0 و 55/0 به 85/0، 31/0 و 29/0 بهبود یافت). با توجه به نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق، روش BME امکان استفاده از طیف وسیعی از اطلاعات خاکی را در تخمین فراهم می­آورد و با ادغام خطای ناشی از استفاده از داده­های نامطمئن در تخمین، منجر به بهبود تخمین مکانی ماده آلی گردید.

تأثیر نانو ذرات اکسید روی و سولفات روی بر گونههای شیمیایی روی در فاز محلول خاک و همبستگی آن با غلظت و جذب روی در گندم
استفاده از نانو ذرات متفاوت در صنایع مختلف از جمله کشاورزی در حال افزایش است. از این رو ارزیابی ارتباط بین نانو ذرات فلزی و گونههای شیمیایی غالب عناصر فلزی در خاک نیازمند تحقیقات گسترده­ای است. به این منظور پژوهشی جهت بررسی تأثیر نانو ذرات اکسید روی و کود شیمیایی سولفات روی بر گونه­بندی روی (Zn) در فاز محلول خاک و همبستگی آن با غلظت و جذب روی در گیاه گندم، انجام گرفت. این پژوهش در شرایط گلخانهای و در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل نانو ذرات اکسید روی (ZnO NPs) به مقدار 100، 200 و 300 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم، کود شیمیایی سولفات روی (ZnSO4) به مقدار 40 کیلوگرم در هکتار و تیمار شاهد بودند. در انتهای دوره کشت برخی ویژگی­های شیمیایی خاک، غلظت و جذب روی در گیاه اندازه­گیری شد. به منظور پیشبینی گونههای شیمیایی غالب روی در فاز محلول خاک، بعد از استخراج عناصر محلول خاک، از برنامه گونه­بندی ژئوشیمیایی visual MINTEQ استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که pH محلول خاک، روی قابل دسترس خاک و کربن آلی محلول خاک تحت تأثیر تیمارهای آزمایش قرار گرفتند. نانو ذرات اکسید روی به طور معنیداری pH خاک را کاهش دادند. همچنین، این نانو ذرات موجب افزایش کربن آلی محلول و روی قابل دسترس خاک شدند. بیشترین مقدار گونه آزاد روی (Zn2+) در تیمار نانو ذرات اکسید روی به مقدار 300 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم خاک بدست آمد. نانو ذرات اکسید روی و کود شیمیایی سولفات روی، غلظت گونه روی پیوند یافته با ماده آلی محلول (Zn-DM) را بهطور معنیداری در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد افزایش دادند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که همبستگی مثبت و معنی­داری بین گونه­های Zn2+ و Zn-DOM با غلظت و جذب روی در بخش­های مختلف گندم وجود دارد.

تأثیر اسید سالیسیلیک و کلسیم بر مقاومت به سرمازدگی دانهالهای پسته رقم کلهقوچی
برای بررسی تأثیر اسید سالیسیلیک و کلسیم بر مقاومت به سرمازدگی دانهال­های پسته، یک آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با سه تکرار در گلخانه انجام شد. تیمارها شامل اسید سالیسیلیک (صفر، 75/0 و 5/1 میلیمولار)، کلسیم (صفر، 3 و 6 در هزار) و دما (صفر، 2- و 4- درجه سلسیوس) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که با کاهش دما به 4- درجه سلسیوس، درصد نشت یونی برگ افزایش یافت، لیکن با مصرف توامان اسید سالیسیلیک (5/1 میلی­مولار) و کلسیم (6 در هزار) این شاخص مهم سرمازدگی، با کاهش 47 درصدی نسبت به شاهد در همین دما، مواجه گردید. همچنین با کاهش دما (از صفر به 4- درجه سلسیوس)، ترکیبات فنلی و قندهای محلول بهترتیب 44 و 31 درصد و غلظت پرولین بیش از دو برابر نسبت به دانهال­های شاهد افزایش یافت، اما با مصرف توامان بالاترین غلظت­های اسید سالیسیلیک و کلسیم این پارامترهای القاء مقاومت بهترتیب با افزایش 44، 31 و 100 درصدی مواجه گردیدند. نتایج این آزمایش همچنین نشان داد که با کاهش دما، شاخص کلروفیل فلورسانس، کلروفیل کل، کاروتنوئیدها، محتوای پروتئینهای محلول و نشاسته کاهش یافت، ولی با مصرف توامان 5/1 میلی­مولار اسید سالیسیلیک و تیمار 6 در هزار کلسیم، مقدار این پارامترها نسبت به شاهد افزایش یافت. بهطوری­که مقدار کلروفیل کل، کاروتنوئیدها، پروتئین و نشاسته بهترتیب 87، 49، 25 و 99 درصد نسبت به شاهد در دمای 4- درجه سلسیوس افزایش و دانهال­های پسته را در مقابل تنش سرمایی محافظت نمود. براساس نتایج بهدست آمده از این پژوهش، در شرایط تنش سرمایی، مصرف توامان اسید سالیسیلیک و کلسیم، از طریق بهبود پارامترهای فتوسنتزی و افزایش تنظیمکننده­های اسمزی، اثرات مخرب سرمازدگی دانهالهای پسته را کاهش دادند.

ارزیابی خطر تخریب خاک با روش کمی فائو-یونپ در اراضی دشت جوپار استان کرمان
در مقیاس­طول عمر انسان، خاک یکی از منابع طبیعی اصلی تجدید ناپذیر در جهان است. تخریب خاک یک تهدید جدی در جهان به شمار میرود، زیرا در درازمدت باعث کاهش توان تولید زیستی، اقتصادی خاک و ناپایداری محیط زیست میشود. در نتیجه ارزیابی عوامل مؤثر در تخریب خاک و تعیین مناطق مبتلا به این معضل، در حفاظت خاک اهمیت بسزایی دارد. یکی از مناسبترین روشها جهت ارزیابی تخریب خاک، روش فائو – یونپ میباشد که در آن فاکتورهای متعدد فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک مورد بررسی قرار میگیرد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش ارزیابی تخریب خاک به روش کمی فائو و یونپ در اراضی دشت جوپار میباشد. به همین منظور، ابتدا محل 46 نقطه نمونهبرداری (شامل 16 مته و 30 خاکرخ) با روش شبکهای منظم، بر روی نقشه توپوگرافی منطقه با مساحت 90 کیلومتر مربع و مقیاس 1:25000 تعیین شدند. درنهایت پس از تعیین ویژگی­های شیمیایی و فیزیکی 184 نمونه خاک به روشهای استانداردآزمایشگاهی، در هر یک از اجزای واحد اراضی، ویژگی­های یک خاکرخ شاهد، مورد طبقهبندی نهایی و ارزیابی قرارگرفت. در این پژوهش تاًثیر ویژگی­های شیمیایی (شوری، سدیمی بودن و آلودگی آب­های زیرزمینی) و ویژگی­های فیزیکی (تراکم خاک و عمق آب زیرزمینی) بر روی تخریب خاک با استفاده از رابطه­ها و ضرایب وزنی ارائه­شده در روش فائو – یونپ ارزیابی شد و خطر تخریب خاک منطقه به­دست آمد. نتایج ارزیابی مشخص کرد که 2/39 درصد از کل منطقه مورد مطالعه که اراضی قابل کشت را تشکیل می­دهند، در معرض خطر تخریب اراضی قرارگرفته­اند؛ به­طوری­که 2/28 درصد کل منطقه به­دلیل خطرات تخریب شیمیایی در کلاس تخریب خیلی زیاد و 11 درصد اراضی از این نظر در کلاس تخریب متوسط ارزیابی می­گردند. نتایج موید این مطلب است که در ایجاد خطر تخریب شیمیایی عامل شوری ایجادشده ناشی از سازند زمین­شناسی شور که با اقلیم خشک منطقه تاثیر آن دوچندان شده، موثر است. در بروز تخریب فیزیکی اراضی منطقه نیز عامل تراکم در اثر چرای بی­رویه دام­ها مؤثرترین ­عامل بر اساس مدل فائو-یونپ معرفی می­گردد که در کلاس تخریب با خطر کم طبقه­بندی شدند.

بررسی تأثیر سولفاتپتاسیم و سولفاتروی بر عملکرد و غلظت کادمیم در غده سیبزمینی
محصولات خوراکی رشد کرده در خاکهای آلوده به کادمیم منبع اولیه ورود مقدار زیاد کادمیم به بدن مصرفکننده هستند. بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر پتاسیم و روی بر عملکرد سیبزمینی و غلظت کادمیم آن، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با نه تیمار و در چهار تکرار در یکی از مزرعه های آلوده به کادمیوم درسالهای 1393 و 1394 در فریدان ، استان اصفهان انجام شد. در این مطالعه سولفاتپتاسیم در سه سطح (صفر، 150 و 300 کیلوگرم بر هکتار) و سولفاتروی نیز در سه سطح (صفر، 20 و 40 کیلوگرم بر هکتار) استفاده شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین عملکرد هکتاری غده و درصد ماده خشک (38505 کیلوگرم بر هکتار و 14/23 درصد) در تیمار 150 کیلوگرم سولفاتپتاسیم بههمراه 20 کیلوگرم سولفاتروی و کمترین آن در شاهد (24000 کیلوگرم بر هکتار و 88/19 درصد) بهدست آمد. بیشترین غلظت پتاسیم در غده مربوط به تیمار 300 کیلوگرم سولفاتپتاسیمبههمراه 40 کیلوگرم سولفاتروی با 378 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم و کمترین آن برابر 210 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم در شاهد بود. بیشترین غلظت روی غده مربوط به تیمار 150 کیلوگرم سولفاتپتاسیم بههمراه 20 کیلوگرم سولفاتروی با 40 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم و کمترین آن 20 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم در شاهد بهدست آمد. کمترین غلظت کادمیم در غده مربوط به تیمار 150 و 300 کیلوگرم سولفاتپتاسیمبههمراه 20 کیلوگرم سولفاتروی با 23/0 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم و بیشترین آن 77/0 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم بود که در شاهد مشاهده شد. یافتههای پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که افزایش سطوح سولفاتپتاسیم و سولفاتروی در کاشت سیبزمینی موجب کاهش معنیدار جذب کادمیم در گیاه و در نتیجه کاهش معنیدار غلظت کادمیم در غده سیبزمینی شد. از اینرو، استفاده از کودهای سولفاتپتاسیم و سولفاتروی در مزارع آلوده به آلاینده کادمیم، برای افزایش عملکرد هکتاری و تولید محصول سالم توصیه میشود.

تغییرپذیری توزیع اندازه ذرات خاک در دامنههای شمالی و جنوبی منطقه نیمهخشک غرب زنجان
فرسایش خاک بهوسیله آب یکی از مهمترین پدیدههای تخریب خاک در سطح زمین میباشد. جهت و درجه شیب از عوامل کنترلکننده حرکت آب و ذرات بر روی دامنهها میباشند و سهم ویژهای در ویژگیهای مختلف خاک دارند. در حالت توسعهیافته رابطه عمومی میزان تولید فرسایش سطحی و هدررفت خاک بهصورت پیوسته وابسته به درجه و طول شیب است. با افزایش درجه و طول شیب، تخلیه و شدت جریان افزایش مییابد و به همین میزان سرعت جداسازی و انتقال ذرات افزایش مییابد. این مطالعه بهمنظور بررسی اثر درجه و جهت شیب بر ویژگیهای خاک در دامنههایی با شیب کوتاه با پوشش گیاهی ضعیف در منطقه نیمهخشک غرب زنجان انجام شد. دامنه شمالی و جنوبی پنج فلات با درصد شیب متفاوت (10-9، 16-13، 22-17، 29-31 و 37-33 درصد) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نمونههای خاک در شیبها از دو عمق (صفر تا 5 و 5 تا 15 سانتیمتر) در چهار موقعیت با فاصله دو متری در طول شیب در دو تکرار تهیه شدند. در کل 160 نمونه خاک برای انجام آزمایشهای توزیع اندازه ذرات، ماده آلی و آهک برداشته شد. نتایج نشان داد، فرسایش سطحی به شدت تحت تأثیر درجه و جهت شیب زمین قرار دارد. در موقعیت دو متری از رأس شیب، بیشترین مقدار فرسایش ذرات ریز وجود داشت اما در موقعیت انتهایی شیب، فراوانی نسبی ذرات ریز افزایش یافت. مقدار فرسایش سطحی در دامنههای جنوبی بهطور متوسط حدود 23 درصد بیشتر از دامنههای شمالی بود. نتایج نشان داد که افزایش درصد شیب اثر افزایشی بر مقدار شن و اثر کاهشی معنیدار بر مقدار رس (05/0P< و 43/0=R2) داشت

اثر کمبود روی قابل جذب بر برخی خصوصیّات فیزیولوژیکی و مورفولوژیکی گندم نان
عنصر روی (Zn) یکی از حیاتی­ترین عناصر غذایی محدود کننده رشد گیاهان می­باشد. به­منظور بررسی اثر کمبود روی بر برخی خصوصیات فیزیولوژیک و مورفولوژیک گندم نان (Triticum aestivum L.)، آزمایشی به­صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در گلخانه اجرا شد. ارقام روی-کارا (بیات و نیک­نژاد) و روی-ناکارا (هیرمند و کرج­1) در دو شرایط روی کافی (پنج میلی­گرم درکیلوگرم خاک) و کمبود روی (صفر میلی­گرم درکیلوگرم خاک) کشت و صفات وزن هزار دانه، تعداد دانه در سنبله، میزان کلروفیل، غلظت روی دانه، ریشه و برگ و برخی صفات مورفولوژیک اندازه­گیری شدند. بر اساس نتایج تجزیه واریانس، اثرات اصلی سطح روی و ارقام بر تمامی صفات مورد مطالعه معنی­دار (P≤0.01) بود، درحالیکه اثر متقابل سطح روی در ارقام فقط برای صفات غلظت روی ریشه، روی شاخساره و روی دانه، معنی­دار (P≤0.01) بود. نتایج مقایسه میانگین تیمارها نشان داد که در شرایط کمبود روی، غلظت روی در ریشه ارقام روی-کارا (نیک­نژاد و بیات به­ترتیب 59 و 75/44 میلی­گرم درکیلوگرم) به­طور معنی­داری (P≤0.01) بیشتر از ارقام روی-ناکارا (هیرمند و کرج1 به­ترتیب 58/30 و 98/32 میلی­گرم درکیلوگرم) بود. همچنین غلظت روی دانه در رقم روی-­کارای بیات (82/28 میلی­گرم درکیلوگرم) به­طور معنی­داری (P≤0.01) از ارقام روی-­ناکارا (هیرمند و کرج1 به­ترتیب 95/24 و 85/22 میلی­گرم درکیلوگرم) بیشتر بود. محاسبه درصد کاهش صفات در شرایط کمبود روی نشان داد که میزان کاهش در عملکرد ماده خشک شاخساره، غلظت روی ریشه، غلظت روی دانه و میزان کلروفیل برگ در در ارقام روی-ناکارا بیشتر از ارقام روی-کارا بود. بطورکلی نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که ارقام روی-کارا نسبت به ارقام روی-ناکارا در شرایط کمبود روی خاک، از توانایی بیشتری در رشد و تولید ماده خشک برخوردار بوده و قادرند میزان روی بیشتری در دانه ذخیره نمایند.

موفقیت تکنیک گیاه­پالایی نه تنها به گیاه، بلکه تا حد زیادی به اثرات متقابل ریشه­ها­ی گیاه با ریزجانداران ریزوسفری وابسته است. این ریزجانداران به ویژه باکتری­های دارای صفات محرک رشد گیاهی میتوانند با افزایش میزان جذب فلزات سنگین و کمک به استقرار بهتر گیاه، افزایش رشد سیستم ریشه­ای و در نتیجه افزایش رشد گیاه باعث بهبود کارایی گیاهپالایی شوند. با توجه به نقش مهم جامعه میکروبی خاک در افزایش راندمان پایش خاک­های آلوده با استفاده از گیاهان، این پژوهش با هدف جداسازی، غربالگری، بررسی صفات محرک رشد گیاهی ریزجانداران مقاوم به کادمیوم و سرب و معرفی جدایه­های برتر انجام شد. بدین­منظور، نمونه­های خاک آلوده به کادمیوم و سرب از نقاط مختلف پالایشگاه نفت شهید تندگویان (واقع در پانزده کیلومتری جنوب شهر تهران) تهیه و پس از اندازه­گیری برخی از ویژگی­های فیزیکی و شیمیایی، ریزجانداران مقاوم به کادمیوم و سرب از آنها جداسازی گردید. در جدایه­های جداسازی شده، میزان مقاومت به کادمیوم و سرب تعیین و سپس توانایی جدایه­های برتر در تولید فیتوهورمون اکسین، ترشح متابولیت­های محدود کننده­ی رشد عوامل بیمارگر و همچنین حل­کنندگی تری­کلسیم فسفات مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. در این پژوهش، 30 ریزجاندار از خاک­های آلوده­ جداسازی و پس از بررسی شکل ظاهری کلنی، رنگ و حاشیه آن و همچنین سرعت رشد، در نهایت 20 جدایه متفاوت انتخاب گردید. 70 درصد جدایه­های مورد مطالعه تا غلظت 8 میلی­مولار سرب و کادمیوم رشد خیلی خوبی را در محیط کشت نشان دادند. نتایج حاصل از ارزیابی صفات محرک رشد گیاهی در 10 جدایه برتر از نظر مقاومت به سرب و کادمیوم نشان داد که کلیه این جدایه­ها توانایی تولید اکسین و حل­کنندگی فسفات­های معدنی نامحلول را داشتند. بیشترین (20/10 میلیگرم در لیتر) و کمترین (64/0 میلیگرم در لیتر) مقدار تولید اکسین به ترتیب مربوط به جدایه­های C4 و C2 بود. متوسط حل­کنندگی تری کلسیم فسفات توسط جدایه­ها 91/106 میلیگرم در لیتر بود. 80 درصد جدایه­ها توانایی یکسانی در تولید سیدروفور داشتند. بیشترین میزان تولید این متابولیت در جدایه C1 با نسبت هاله به کلنی 23/3 مشاهده گردید. از 10 جدایه­ی مورد مطالعه، سه جدایه­ی K2، K5 و C8 توانایی بالایی در تولید سیانید هیدروژن، آنزیم پروتئاز و سلولاز داشتند.

برآورد هدایت هیدرولیکی اشباع خاکهای منتخب از دشت اردبیل با استفاده از مدلهای رگرسیونی و شبکههای عصبی مصنوعی
هدایت هیدرولیکی اشباع به­عنوان یک ویژگی دیریافت می­تواند از ویژ­گی­های زودیافت خاک شامل جرم ویژه ظاهری، بافت خاک، کربن آلی، کربنات کلسیم معادل با استفاده از توابع انتقالی رگرسیونی و شبکه­های عصبی مصنوعی برآورد شود. هدایت هیدرولیکی اشباع خاک به روش بار افتان در 100 نمونه خاک جمع­آوری شده از دشت اردبیل تعیین شد. بعد از انجام تجزیه­های شیمیایی و فیزیکی روی نمونه­های خاک، داده­ها به دو سری داده­های آموزشی (80 نمونه) و داده­های اعتبارسنجی (20 نمونه) تقسیم شدند. مدل­های رگرسیونی توسط نرم­افزار SPSS و به روش گام­به­گام و مدل­های شبکه عصبی توسط نرم­افزارNeurosolution شکل گرفتند. برای انجام تجزیه­های آماری از ضریب تبیین (R2)، جذر میانگین مربعات خطا (RMSE) و ضریب آکائیک (AIC) استفاده شد. بهترین مدل رگرسیونی دارای متغیرهای شن، سیلت و جرم مخصوص ظاهری بود و بهترین مدل شبکه عصبی از متغیرهای ورودی میانگین هندسی قطر ذرات خاک، انحراف معیار هندسی قطر ذرات خاک و جرم مخصوص ظاهری به­دست آمد. مقادیر R2، (cm min-1)RMSE در فاز آموزش و اعتبارسنجی برای بهترین مدل­ رگرسیونی به­ترتیب برابر (53/0، 074/0 و 51/0، 052/0) و برای بهترین مدل شبکه عصبی به­ترتیب برابر (84/0، 04/0 و 73/0، 06/0) بود. در این پژوهش به­صورت جداگانه از تمامی پارامترهای مستقل شامل جرم مخصوص ظاهری، جرم مخصوص حقیقی، درصد آهک، میانگین هندسی قطر و انحراف معیار هندسی قطر ذرات خاک به­عنوان ورودی در تکنیک شبکه عصبی استفاده شد. مقادیر R2 و (cm min-1) RMSE در مرحله آموزش و آزمون به­ترتیب برابر (87/0، 036/0 و 58/0، 076/0) بود. نتایج تحقیق در این مورد نشان داد شبکه­­های عصبی با داده­های ورودی یکسان هدایت هیدرولیکی اشباع خاک را با دقت بیشتری (84/0=R2) نسبت به مدل­های رگرسیونی (53/0=R2) برآورد می­کنند. همچنین مشاهده شد زمانی که تعداد داده­های ورودی در روش شبکه عصبی افزایش می­یابد دقت برآورد در داده­های آموزشی بیشتر می­شود.

اثر دو اصلاح کننده آلی بر برخی ویژگی های فیزیکی خاک های با بافت مختلف
به­منظور مطالعه اثر دو نوع ماده اصلاح کننده بر برخی ویژگی­های فیزیکی سه خاک با بافت مختلف، آزمایشی گلخانه­ای به­صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی و در سه تکرار انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل دو نوع ماده آلی (کمپوست کود آلی و ضایعات میوه رسیده انجیر)، چهار سطح مواد آلی (صفر، یک، دو و چهار درصد وزنی) و سه نوع بافت خاک از مناطق مهارلو، زرقان و شیراز در استان فارس (شن لومی، لوم، لوم رسی سیلتی) بود. چهار ماه پس از مخلوط کردن مواد آلی و خاک، برخی ویژگی­های فیزیکی خاک مانند میانگین وزنی قطر خاکدانه­ها، سرعت نفوذ نهایی آب در خاک، ظرفیت زراعی و تبخیر آب از سطح خاک اندازه­گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد چهار درصد وزنی ضایعات میوه رسیده انجیر به­ترتیب سبب افزایش معنی­دار 4/32، 5/8 و 02/9 درصدی و کاربرد چهار درصد وزنی کمپوست به­ترتیب سبب افزایش معنی­دار 3/69، 4/5 و 7/7 درصدی میانگین وزنی قطر خاکدانه­ها، سرعت نفوذ نهایی آب در خاک و رطوبت ظرفیت زراعی در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد شد. هم­چنین، کاربرد چهار درصد وزنی ضایعات میوه رسیده انجیر و کمپوست به­ترتیب سبب کاهش معنی­دار 9/10 و 3/22 درصدی میانگین تبخیر آب از سطح خاک در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد شد. با توجه به نتایج به­دست آمده، ضایعات آلی می­توانند به­عنوان یک اصلاح کننده در خاک­های با بافت مختلف برای بهبود شرایط فیزیکی خاک استفاده شوند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که اثر کمپوست در بهبود برخی ویژگی­های فیزیکی خاک بیشتر از ضایعات انجیر بود.

ارزیابی دقت نقشهبرداری رقومی خاک با محدودیت داده در بخشی از فلات لسی استان گلستان
روشهای نقشهبرداری رقومی خاک نیازمند دادههای کمی برای تخمین هستند که بهکارگیری آنها در مناطق با تعداد داده خاک کم، و عدم دسترسی مناسب بسیار سخت میباشد. انجام عملیات میدانی بهویژه در سطح وسیع کاری زمانبر و همراه با هزینه زیاد است که عملیات نقشهبرداری را مشکلساز مینماید. از دیگر سو، باور در نقشهبرداری رقومی بر این است که وجود یک خاک منحصر به فرد در منطقه وابستگی زیادی به متغیرهای محیطی آن منطقه و شناسایی دقیق آنها دارد. در این مطالعه از الگوریتم جنگل تصادفی (RF) به همراه اطلاعات طبقهبندی 64 خاکرخ و 19 متغیر محیطی، شامل خصوصیات توپوگرافی، واحدهای ژئومورفولوژی، کاربری اراضی و شاخص پوشش گیاهی، برای تهیه نقشه کلاس خاک در بخشی از فلات لسی استان گلستان استفاده گردید. ژئومورفولوژی، ارتفاع، جهت شیب و کاربری اراضی تقریبا در همه سطوح ردهبندی دارای بیشترین اهمیت در تخمین کلاسهای خاک بودند. نتایج ارزیابی دقت الگوریتم RF با متغیرهای ورودی مختلف نشان داد شاخصهای صحت مدل از جمله صحت کلی و کاپا به ترتیب از 91/0 و 83/0 برای گروه بزرگ، به 78/0 و 56/0 برای زیرگروه، و 50/0 و 32/0 برای فامیل کاهش مییابد. کمترین و بیشترین مقدار خطای تخمین نمونههای اعتبارسنجی در مدلسازی 69/32 و 38/65 درصد به ترتیب برای سطح گروه بزرگ و فامیل خاک دست آمد و کلاسهای دارای تعداد نمونه بیشتر، خطای کمتری داشتند. مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که در مناطق با محدودیت داده از ایران، نقشهبرداری رقومی خاک، استفاده از متغیرهای محیطی با دقت بالا همراه با تعداد نمونه خاک کم میتواند نتایج مطلوبی را در سطوح بالای ردهبندی ارائه دهد.

پهنهبندی و تحلیل مکانی برخی خصوصیات خاک در اراضی دانشگاه زنجان
تخمین روند تغییرپذیری مکانی ویژگیهای مختلف خاک، راهکاری سودمند برای دستیابی به مدیریت خاص مکانی کارا و هدفمند این جزء حیاتی اکوسیستم است. در این پژوهش، بهمنظور بررسی تغییرات مکانی ویژگیهای خاک، 48 نمونه خاک از عمق صفر تا 25 سانتیمتری به روش شبکهبندی منظم با فواصل 250 متری در اراضی دانشگاه زنجان جمعآوری شد. ویژگیهای مختلف خاک نظیر وزن مخصوص ظاهری، مقدار آب قابلدسترسقابلدسترس، هدایت هیدرولیکی اشباع، میانگین وزنی قطر خاکدانه­ها، درصد رس، درصد شن، کربن آلی و کربنات کلسیم معادل اندازهگیری شد. پس از تشریح ساختار مکانی متغیرهای مختلف، مقادیر آن­ها با استفاده از تخمینگر کریجینگ معمولی برآورد شد و نقشههای پیوسته مکانی فراهم گردید. نتایج پژوهش گویای آن بود که بیشترین ضریب تغییرات به ویژگی هدایت هیدرولیکی اشباع (28/43 درصد) و کمترین آن به جرم مخصوص ظاهری (53/5 درصد) تعلق داشت. برای متغیرهای درصد کربن آلی و کربنات کلسیم معادل، مدل کروی و برای سایر متغیرها، مدل نمایی مناسبترین برازش را بر الگوی تغییرات مکانی داشتند. کلاس همبستگی مکانی برای ویژگی هدایت هیدرولیکی اشباع خاک، متوسط و برای سایر ویژگیهای مورد مطالعه، قوی بود. بررسی نقشههای پهنهبندی حاکی از آن بود که با افزایش درصد رس از جنوب به شمال منطقه، مقادیر هدایت هیدرولیکی اشباع خاک کاهش و مقادیر آب قابلدسترس در خاک افزایش مییابند. این نتیجه گویای آن است که با توجه به جوان بودن خاکها و عدم تکامل ساختمان در آن­ها، اغلب ویژگیهای فیزیکی خاک تحت تأثیر بافت خاک هستند. همچنین مشاهده شد که اختصاص یافتن اراضی واقع در بخشهای جنوبی منطقه به کشت گیاهان زراعی و بخشهای شمالی به باغ سیب، موجب افزایش درصد کربن آلی به بیشتر از یک درصد شده است که بهنوبه خود، باعث افزایش قابلملاحظه میانگین وزنی قطر خاکدانهها در این مناطق شده است.

میزان تجمع باقیمانده عناصر غذایی در ریشه، کاه و کلش و خاک گندم دیم تحت کاربرد باکتری های حل کننده فسفات و قارچ میکوریزا
به منظور بررسی اثر باکتری سودوموناس پوتیداو قارچ گلوموس موسهبر میزان تجمع باقیمانده عناصر غذایی در ریشه، کاه و کلش و خاک گندم در شرایط دیم، آزمایشی مزرعه­ای به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک­­های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در دو مکان در مزرعه دانشکده کشاورزی، دانشگاه ایلام و ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی سرابله در سال زراعی 93-1392 اجرا شد. تیمار­های آزمایشی شامل عامل رقم گندم دیم در دو سطح (کراس­سبلان و ساجی) و تیمار منابع کودی در هشت سطح شامل: 1- تیمار شاهد (عدم مصرف هیچ منبع کودی، (Control، 2-50 کیلوگرم در هکتار کود شیمیایی فسفر (50 kg ha-1 P)، 3- باکتری سودوموناس پوتیدا(PSB)، 4- قارچ گلوموس موسه(GM)، 5- باکتری سودوموناس پوتیدا+ قارچ گلوموس موسه(PSB+GM)، 6- باکتری سودوموناس پوتیدا+ قارچ گلوموس موسه+25 کیلوگرم در هکتار کود شیمیایی فسفر (PSB+GM+25 kg ha-1 P)، 7- باکتری سودوموناس پوتیدا+25 کیلوگرم در هکتار کود شیمیایی فسفر (PSB+25 kg ha-1 P) و 8- قارچ گلوموس موسه+25 کیلوگرم در هکتار کود شیمیایی فسفر (GM+25 kg ha-1 P) بودند. نتایج تجزیه مرکب این پژوهش نشان داد که اثر برهمکنش رقم×منابع کودی بر تجمع باقیمانده عناصر غذایی موجود در ریشه، کاه و کلش و خاک در سطح احتمال یک درصد معنی­دار بود. کاربرد باکتری­های حل کننده فسفات و قارچ میکوریزا موجب افزایش غلظت نیتروژن، پتاسیم، اهن و مس موجود در خاک گردید و دارای کمترین غلظت نیتروژن، فسفر، پتاسیم، روی، منگنز، اهن، مس و منیزیم در ریشه و کاه و کلش بودند. بیشترین غلظت نیتروژن، پتاسیم، آهن و مس موجود در خاک پس از برداشت در رقم ساجی درGM + 25 kg ha-1 P بدست آمد. ریشه و کاه و کلش گندم دارای بیشترین غلظت نیتروژن، فسفر، پتاسیم، روی، منگنز، آهن، مس و منیزیم در رقم کراس­سبلان در تیمار شاهد (Control) بودند.

قابلیت دسترسی زیستی فلزات سنگین خاک با کاربرد زغال زیستی و باکتری ریزوسفری در فرآیند گیاهپالایی بید سفید (Salix alba L.)
زغال زیستی یک افزودنی پرکاربرد در بهبود کارایی گیاهپالایی از طریق افزایش رشد گیاه بوده که اثرگذاری آن بهصورت جداگانه و یا در ترکیب با باکتریهای ریزوسفری در کاهش قابلیت دسترسی زیستی فلزات سنگین خاک یک مزیت مهم به­شمار می­آید. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی کاربرد جداگانه و ترکیبی زغال زیستی (تولید شده از ضایعات چوب جنگلی ممرز، در سه سطح صفر، 5/2 و 5 درصد وزن خاک) و باکتریPseudomonas fluorescens روی ویژگیهای رویشی نهال گلدانی بید سفید (Salix alba L.) کاشته شده در خاک آلوده به فلزات سنگین (سرب، مس و کادمیوم)، و همچنین شاخصهای قابلیت دسترسی زیستی، کارایی حذف فلزات، فاکتور انباشت (تغلیظ) زیستی و فاکتور انتقال فلزات در شرایط گلخانه و بازه زمانی 160 روزه برنامهریزی شد. نتایج نشان داد که بیشتر مؤلفههای رویشی نهال تحت تأثیر کاربرد جداگانه و نیز ترکیب باکتری-زغال زیستی معنیدار بود. تیمار ترکیبی باکتری-زغال زیستی (سطح پنج درصد) موجب افزایش 59، 36، 142 و 85 درصدی بهترتیب، در وزن خشک برگ، ساقه، ریشه و کل نهالها نسبت به شاهد (بدون باکتری-بدون زغال زیستی) شد. در تیمارهای زغال زیستی، شاخصهای قابلیت دسترسی زیستی، کارایی حذف فلزات (بهجزء سرب)، فاکتور انباشت زیستی و فاکتور انتقال (فقط در سطح مصرف 5/2 درصد زغال زیستی) سرب، مس و کادمیوم بهترتیب 13 تا 57، چهار تا 47، 29 تا 60 و 16 تا 33 درصد کمتر از شاهد اندازهگیری شد. تیمار ترکیبی باکتری-زغال زیستی نسبت به تیمار جداگانه زغال زیستی منجر به بهبود 191، 79، 84 و 13 درصدی بهترتیب در شاخصهای مذکور شد. در کل، بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش، ترکیب باکتری-زغال زیستی، منجر به دسترسپذیر کردن فلزات سنگین و بهبود کارایی نهالها در حذف فلزات سنگین شد. از این رو، کاربرد ترکیبی باکتری-زغال زیستی بهعنوان دو اصلاح کننده خاک، ضمن بهبود مؤلفههای رویشی نهال بید سفید، می­تواند دسترسپذیری فلزات سنگین توسط گیاه را تا حدودی فراهم کرده و فرآیند گیاهپالایی را بهبود ­بخشد.
